DISHONEST!!!!! I only go here because it’s local to me, but from now on will take the drive and go elsewhere. The food wasn’t great, the chicken and fried rice extremely dry. But, this isn’t the reason for my poor review. I ordered a lunch special which is eight dollars and change. When I got there it was $10.41…. Ok fine. I always give a tip, so I tacked on $3. This should be $13.41 on my credit card right? Well, $2 more was added to my tip, not authorized of course, making my total $15.41. That’s terrible, you have no right to change my rec. I will not be back unfortunately because that’s extremely dishonest and I was nice to give a tip at all.

My mom ordered here for our family of 5. We got 4 combinations and an order of crab rangoon… it came out to $60!!! We moved to FL from PA and never had Chinese food cost close to that number for combinations. All of our combinations except the one with white rice came with barely no rice. Lots of meat but little rice. They charged extra for shrimp fried rice which, again, we never seen before living in PA. My mom called and they did not hear her out. She requested to get more rice for the amount we paid. My mom had to negotiate for a large rice, ended on a medium rice but when she got there they gave her a rice and told her “Next time you need to order extra rice.” Luckily there won’t be a next time! Surprised this place is still in business.

Unfortunately if I could give a no star rating I would. I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times to only get food that is extremely dry and hard! I usually get from China Taste across town but Unfortunately I am sick with cancer and do not have the energy to drive all the way there. It is so upsetting when you can visually see how hard and dry the beef terriaki sticks and rice are. I should have used my better judgment from the last two experiences I’ve had with this restaurant! Please order at your own risk!!

This place has so much potential, it’s either owners don’t care about growing a business or don’t know how. Good spot. Decent size and appearance, but poorly prepared food. I avoided this place foe so long. Food is as basic as you can get. Even the rice does not come with the typical add on and flavors. I also agree, its over price for the value of food you are getting. Sad.

I bought the house special fried rice for almost $50.. it was the worst fried rice my family and I have ever tasted. My family, kids and I ended with belly ache after eating this “yellow fried rice”… it did not taste like fried rice at all!!! please avoid this place.. food is overpriced and is far away from being delicious….. don’t waste your money or compromise your health like I did buying at this place!

The food here is mediocre. I got 4 chicken wings with fry rice. The rice had nothing in it..no onions..bean sprout or vegies. I dont even think it was fry rice. It disnt taste fried at all.

Food is very dry and hard as if it was made the day before. When I called to complain about the food, they said to bring it back for a refund. When I arrived, there was a kid at the counter and from the back this man came running out, rips the food out of the bag and starts yelling and saying it was perfectly fine. His aggression was way out of line! Maybe they should go to their competitor’s restaurant to actually know how Chinese food is actually made! Completely unprofessional! I didn’t know I was called in for a second round of arguing before I could receive my refund!

Just ordered food from here for the first time and I am so excited that the egg foo yong is amazing probably some of the best in Ocala it is a little bit of expensive but no more than the other Chinese restaurants $12 with a two dollar tip and it is really good!

Very disappointing. The food is very bland and overpriced. If you are in Marion Oaks and are craving Chinese, just drive somewhere or pay for that delivery fee. This place has so much potential it being the only Chinese restaurant nearby. I really wanted to like this place.
