My kids wanted pizza for dinner so I went to Caecars in Bellmead. I walked in and got in line the guy said next so I walk up and start my order. Another person walked in and went to the front of the line stands next to me and says “can you ring me up I got stuff to do” so he starts ringing her up. I just walked out. If you’re close enough just go to west this place isn’t worth your time.

Horrible food, most of the time the cheese is burnt. Check your pizza before you leave, this location likes to give wrong pizzas out. The manager isn’t polite to the staff nor customers. Go to another pizza place if you want good service and good food

Pizzas look great on TV and great on the pictures in the store but only half of those pizzas you can get only if you order online with your credit card that’s the cash they failed to tell you all that the only thing they have when you go in it’s some pepperoni pizzas and some crazy cheese bread maybe a buffalo wing if you’re lucky the pepperoni pizza have so much marinara sauce on it it’s ridiculous sprinkle of cheese it’s crazy just like crazy. Heartburn city.

I wish I would’ve gotten the man’s name that was working the counter (he had dreads that had blonde in them)… I just want to compliment his attitude and demeanor in how he performs his job duties and his customer service.

Bought a hot and ready pizza More like cold and nasty. Called the manager at 10:20 and he wanted me to drive all the way backup there to get a different pizza. I don’t think so we needed to give me my d*** money back

Price is right, but I wish they would use the pizza portal for app orders more often… It’s annoying having to wait in line once you’ve gotten spoiled using the portal box. Staff tends to be friendly at this location, but pizza quality varies from week to week.

I looked up their store hours recently. I didn’t go this time but have gotten pizza many times. They’re take out or delivery only so I can only rate the cleanliness of the restaurant. Service is best if you get hot and ready or call ahead to order a specialty pizza. Their pizzas and crazy bread are good but a little under cooked. They need 2-3 minutes of extra cooking time.

Its a good place for good pizza especially when you are in a rush for a quick bit to eat. Yes they do have pizzas premade, but they are still hot and fresh. Even if you do order a particular kind of pizza from the menu or call it in, its ready in 15 minutes or less. I enjoy it every time i go there.
