I have been to Noodle 21 twice since I don’t live in San Pablo and only get to go there when I work out there. I’ve tried many pho spots and this one is by far my FAVORITE. The flavor, the taste, the portion, the quality, the prices, the SERVICE is excellent. The first time I came here, they were so welcoming and made extra sure I felt at home! The cook is amazing and he actually comes out and gives you your food, it’s honorable. Noodle 21 deserves more clients because not only is the food amazing, but the service is excellent and they always make me feel right at home♥️ every time I work in Richmond, I go/will be going because there’s nothing like Noodle 21!

Whoa I follow this guy wherever he goes. He really should have a restaurant in Vegas or New York. But he chose little old San Pablo. Thank you. The food is first class all the way. Produce, seafood,and meats are prepared fresh (did I say FRESH). Like a 5 star restaurant on a great day that’s how great it is.

I went there on Saturday . I was not to sure how the food is gonna be because it is hidden in the corner and when i saw the prices i was like food better be good.once i got the food oh my god I haven’t had thai food like this it is so authentic flavored food .I didn’t knew that they been there 8yrs or I would go there every week. And i end up going on Sunday also 100% recommended try it you won’t regret it.

Ordered the #21 combination. Hearty and served with minimal wait time. It’s a local fave. I cannot confirm nor deny, but the story is that this restaurant is the offspring from another restaurant in Oakland. Definitely one of the better noodles places in the Richmond/San Pablo area.

Love the food and choices. I am able to choose between lao/thai/chinese noodles. They are now open later till 8.30 pm so its my place to go to for the spicy noodle fixen. The noodle 21 is always good but to add a spicy salty sour papaya salad to go with it, it is just the right touch. Their Kaosoy with home made pepper will hit the spot for some spicy flavor full noodles.

I ordered the crab fried rice, the shrimp over noodles and the shrimp rolls through DoorDash. It came out to $81 dollars and it was so terrible. I threw it all in the garbage.

Pre-Covid I really used to enjoy this place. I tried to take the family there today for outdoor dining and didn’t end up eating there. The service was just horrible from the phone to check if they had to outdoor dining to the time we arrived. It took long enough to get a menu and never came to see if we were ready to order. The sun was blazing on us, we were willing to endure it to eat but not just sit there for over 10 minutes and bake in it just to wait to order. So we left…

Got the #21, was pretty tasteless, had to add a lot of sriracha and hoisen just to get some kinda flavor out of it. And thankfully I had my own at home because they don’t provide you with any condiments on to go orders which I hate. Most likely won’t order again, there are better cheaper options around. ♀️
