The food is great, and I like that there are a variety of unique and different items listed on the menu. I love that there is a rewards system that allows you to get free items every once in a while too. BUT something that needs to be worked on is that fact that everytime I order something to go or for delivery, I always notice something is wrong with my order or something is missing. Like yesterday I ordered the Jalapeno Crunch Turkey sandwich, but it had no crunch… The chips were not in the sandwich. I didn’t eat it until I got home… I hate having to call every time to address things, but I think it needs to be done. I do like that they usually address my concern or try to fix the issue as needed. The employee could work on greeting and customer service skills some. Other than that, I don’t really have any other complaints. Hopefully things will get better over time, but I will continue to come to this location because the food is pretty good.

The restaurant was empty upon arrival. The staff was not very friendly, but not rude either. The food was okay. There was a promotion to get a free kid meal. I looked at the receipt and I was actually charged for it. There was also an up charge for fresh fruit that was not mentioned to me by the cashier. I also did not receive the cookie with the kids meal. The staff in the back had on gloves, but then I saw one of the staff members using his phone with the gloves on. Not very sanitary. All in all I don’t think I would return. Mediocre food and service for an expensive price.

Delicious food and great sizes! Definitely enjoyed my club sandwich with the large sweet tea. I worked for mcalister’s back in 2004. Definitely has grown since then and this location is new and very very clean.

I enjoy eating at this restaurant. It’s clean with great food and attentive staff. The employees give me the best recommendations, when I’m not too sure what I want that day. Each time that I’ve eaten there, the food has been fresh, cooked to order and presented very nicely. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere being in the deli, allowing me to relax a little bit while I enjoy my food. The Fayetteville location is my favorite!! It’s worth a 30 minute drive for me.

I understand places are short of help but in my opinion manager’s need to work when their’s only 1 employee working. I had to leave without getting my food because the cashier was being over worked handling the front, take out and drive thru. I sure hope he’s being paid for doing other people’s job.

The wait was MUCH longer than I expected- especially placing my order this morning. However, shoutout to the gentleman that was managing the to go window, taking in cafe orders, serving the sit-down customers and packing online orders today around 11:50, 12 oclock. Sir, you are amazing and handled the pressure very well.

Being gracious because they have very young people working and maybe it’s their 1st job. Took me 45 minutes to get Turkey club w/ broccoli cheese soup. Of course everything had to be done over The soup was water the sandwich was ok but did not have the condiments I ordered. The manager never apologized and when I went back to the counter to inquire how much longer I was told my food was a remake and they had to get the customers that came in after me first. This was my first visit, but will not be my last. I had the Berry Pecan salad with spring greens and it was so refreshingly good. I joined a friend who goes here frequently and she ordered the Chicken Salad sandwich which looked delicious and I’m guess it was by the way she ate it I have to try it. The 5 year old ordered Pizza and it was cheesy on a semi-thick crust. The 17 year old ordered a BLT with avocado and he said it was good. Soooo it looks like I have to go back several times and work my way down the menu ☺️
