This is one of my favorite places to get food. My favorite is the kalua pork. The shrimp and katsu chiclen are good. The teriyaki chicken is too charred for my taste. The Ekolu plate is just the right size to share.

This is a fun place to get some quick food. They try to hold to the Hawaiian feel. The pork was really good. The stake was OK. It was a little dry. I like that you can see them grilling the food right there. The Mac salad to keep true to roots was a nice touch. Their rice is fabulous. I love the taste. They were very busy and didn’t keep their specialty fountain drink full. I was really looking forward to it. I did let staff know but after I got done eating it still was empty. Overall, I thought for the price it was good food and I will go there again.

Ok the rice perfectly sticky, macaroni noodles also nicely cooked, tempura shrimp cooked fresh….the Katsu chicken was dried out and overcooked. The other chicken was very good, the cookies do yummy we fought over who got the last one, and the drink we split but would have fought over as well because it was so sweet and refreshing. We got the wrong items because it was hard for them to hear our order. If they gotten it right we would have had the pulled pork instead of katsu chicken and this more than likely would’ve been fine. In summary lower the music just a bit and be careful with your cook time and we’ll be very happy every time.

I had the teriyaki steak and kaluha pork. You get some shredded cabbage, two scoops of white rice along with macaroni salad. The meat was great and tasted well cooked and seasoned. I will say the pork was a bit salty but it wasn’t unbearable. The steak was in my opinion the best. My girlfriend got the tulehu chicken and the teriyaki steak. The chicken tasted great but some times it was salty too. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I come here often and it’s been amazing every time but we just got home and after ordering $67 worth of food they messed up one plate with the completely wrong meat, two of the meals were the largest size and in one it was perfectly normal, 2 things of Mac salad, 2 scoops of rice and a crazy amount of chicken but the other one has maybe 3 pieces of chicken 3 scoops of rice and a normal amount of Mac salad. I wouldn’t usually complain but the largest plate is $18 and it usually feeds one of us for a couple days and now this won’t feed more than rice for a couple days. Not sure if it was new staff tonight or lack of care by employees but if someone is ordering almost $70 worth of food at $18 a plate I would think they could at least get the food measurements right. Oh well hopefully a different mobettas will do it right next time

My husband, Michael Baller, placed an order online today. The restaurant’s site said it would be ready at 5:32. They didn’t even begin online orders until 550 and didn’t begin ours until 6 once my husband asked! My husband finally received our order at 618. No apology until the order was handed over, no offer of a discount.l and we tipped online. If I had been there I would have asked for a refund and headed out. It’s fine if food will take awhile, but don’t say it’ll be ready at one time when you won’t even start it for another 30 minutes. My husband said it would have been faster to order in person as they were prioritizing people in the restaurant ordering. So frustrating.
