I have been going to j n j for over a year since moving in a nearby neighborhood. The food is a decent price for the quality and they are open late which is convenient. However, I have heard horror stories about the customer service and orders missing items but have always ignored them until this past weekend. I called in a take out order and my sister left to go pick it up but stopped to get gas first. I received a call from the establishment and answered. The man on the other line goes “so are you planning on picking up your food?” I responded yes someone is on the way to pick it up and he goes “Yeah they better be” and hangs up. I checked when I had called to place the order thinking maybe it had been longer than I thought but it had only been 47 minutes and my sister pulled in within 5 minutes later. She comes back only for me to realize I had ordered a 15 piece mozzarella stick that was paid for but was not in the bag. I called the next day to explain what had happened and a different man said “I’m sorry I don’t know what happened but it says we can no longer accept orders from this number and you are blocked. Feel free to order from grub hub or an online 3rd party though” This place has the nerve to block me over a 50 minute PICKUP order when I have waited 2 hours for delivery before and didn’t even give me the food I paid for and still expects me to order from them online to pay extra delivery fees???? An absolute joke. I have worked in the restaurant industry my entire life and have never felt more disrespected. I will be spending my money at other establishments from here on out. Good luck running a successful business with such a lack of respect for your customers.

They should just stick to making plain cheese pizzas. Oh wait, I remember l found a piece of a green pepper in the end. I feel like every time l get J&J’s there’s either a mis-communication or they just straight-up messed up, and l don’t have a complicated order, either. This time they simply just put the onions and pickles on it. Their pizza’s are still very good, though. They just can’t get our orders correct. I’m done ordering from here

The garlic bread needed more garlic and butter. The Hawaiian chicken wigs tasted like regular wings. There weren’t any sauce on them. The chicken wings were very very tasty. The fries were ok. They do have a special sauce that was very flavorful.

These Guys I can say have good food but customer service is terrible and dont pay with your credit card cause if your order isn’t received or wrong through slice and want a refund its a challenge or the OWNER HANGS UP IN YOUR FACE AFTER BEING FRUSTRATED THAT SERVICE THAT WASNT DELIVERED PROPERLY…if a customer is upset after repeating themselves the situation,their job is to FIX THEIR OWN ERROR… Took a picture of my order at my door but literally watched the driver take a picture to then grab my order and leave with it and then i call manager and tried to tell me my order wasnt paid knowing i have receipt of payment…then tried to tell me that he delivered it to wrong spot when I literally watched all his moves and explained to manager what driver did and he didn’t even care…. So not only were they wrong but defend their wrongs?
