Was great service and the gentleman working at the counter today was very nice. Takes a while get get stuff fried fresh. The tea was sweet and fries hot. Restrooms were clean. I only eat Arbys once or twice a year and this is the second time I have stopped at this one. Last year on a trip I stopped in with my family and they enjoyed it then too

I want consistency. With my food, service and policies. I always mobile order and usually they let me go thru the drive thru and get it. Like **ALL** the other fast food places allow. But not today. Today the rude lady made us walk in. For what? Why? So she could power trip? So silly and inconsistent. Bad customer service is the reason this place is so slow. We’ll just take the Arby’s out the rotation which is a shame because the strawberry lemonade is life.

It’s fast food. It’s not going to be good, but it’ll be quick. It wasn’t bad and the place was pretty clean. Staff was helpful and the food was ready right away. I was surprised to see a framed copy of the “Ten Commandments” on the wall by the register with everyone working hard on a Sunday afternoon. Funny. Also, Horsey Sauce!

Ate here with my son on a late lunch. The place is good and clean, staff was nice, and food was good. I ordered thr gyro meal with a side salad, and my son got the kids slider with curly fries. My 1st time ordering the gyro, and it didn’t disappoint me. It was pretty damn good! Salad was good as well. My son cleaned his plate, and we both rolled out with smiles on our faces. I rang the bell for sure before we rolled out. Shout out to the cashier Alexander. He was very nice and professional.

Asked for a Chocolate milk shake and this is what I got. I was in a hurry and had to get home. No chocolate drizzle on top like other Arby’s do it. It’s a straight Vanilla milk shake with some chocolate added in. Very disappointing when all you wanted was a chocolate milk shake. Food was correct and good at least.
