Pizza was way over cooked, almost no pizza sauce on pizza. Very dry and felt like cardboard. Literally can snap the crust. Even shoved pizza in box on one side because it was slightly to big for the box. Was folded up.

Pizza was awesomeness!! I love Vitales pizza. Good crust and I love the pizza sauce. I wish I had taken a picture but i ate half of the pizza on the way home. When I went in and paid for the pizza’s. The lady that was cashing me out, she was very polite, fast and courteous. They had the pizza’s done 10 minutes early also. Great job guys. Thank you for the great dinner and experience!!!!!

I’ve been ordering from here for a good while, never had any issues and the food is always great. Some of the bad reviews I’ve seen just sound like they have nothing else better to do other than complain and nit pick every issue they face during their day and unload it on a pizza. If you’re really that unhappy with your life, stop ordering pizza and talk to a therapist instead.

We ordered “to go” pizza tonight. It was just “ok.” Crust was dry and over baked, almost burnt. It loaded with mushrooms but skimpy with the 2 meats we ordered as well.

Not impressed. Ordered a pizza on the phone mentioning a coupon that is currently on their website. Got to the place and was told I needed to actually print the coupon not show it on my phone. What?! Is it 2021 or 1991? The pizza went from $23 to $38 just like that. The coupons themselves do not mention this, but apparently this little detail is mentioned somewhere on the website. My son picked the pizzas up so they charged my credit card $38 and sent him on his way. I called back to mention this and the owner hung up on me. Won’t return. Pizza is mediocre anyway. There are plenty of other pizza places in Rockford with better pizza and service.
