Have gone to Papa Murphy’s many many times and been very happy. Went this week and it was a disaster. Ordered thin crust, got thick. Ordered green peppers, couldn’t find them. Hardly any cheese on the pizza but it was covered with an excessive amount of tomato sauce.Worst pizza ever. Will give them one more chance.

1/13/22 went in at 6:42 PM to get 2 pizzas. Upon entering all the toppings and the entire prep area was put away whole 2 employees swept. I looked at the hours of operation and it said 7 PM. I asked if they were still open. The kid said “yes but we close in a bit” he then went back to sweeping. Turning theor backs on a customer and I could tell they had zero interest in doing their jobs. I turned to leave and one kid said “see you next time”. No, no you won’t see me next time. For a place that charges almost the same as a cooked pizza you should really have people who work until close. Won’t be back

I have only one question: Why would a pizza establishment who does such a fantastic job of covering that pizza with toppings use such tasteless sauce? It was fine after we added our own salt and seasonings. Please change that sauce recipe… it’s rather tasteless. ( However, if you’re on a low-sodium diet, this certainly would be acceptable)

Sure you have to bake it yourself, but Papa Murphy’s consistently has higher quality ingredients than the other pizza chains, making delicious pies every time. Fresher ingredients prepared right in front of you at a lower cost – all you have to do is use your own oven. The gentleman working here was laid back and friendly, while also being a pizza prep magician. I was inn and out in less than 3 minutes.

I ordered 3 pizzas online. 2 were wrong. Unfortunately, my teenager picked them up, so she didn’t know. Not thrilled. Paid extra for stuffed…it’s not. Wanted no cheese for my vegan…got cheese.

Sad to see some people have had bad experiences. I have found staff to be incredibly helpful, I never pay full price for a pizza and more than once the person taking my order has told me “oh we have this deal happening so save that coupon” or “you can get a better deal if you do it this way” I almost always have my toddler in tow and they smile and wave to her and once someone carried my large order of pizzas to my car because she was being a handful. Another time she fell asleep on my way to pick up an order and someone came to my car took my credit card and came back out with our pizza and gave me my card and receipt back. Our pizza’s are always yummy, we are especially fans of the $5 Fav’s!

LOVE PAPA MURPHYS! I just wish they would fill to edge of the crust. Especially the gluten free crust that cost so much more. The edges with no ingredients ends up getting too done and you can’t eat it … it’s a waste.
