If I could give zero… I would. WE ASKED FOR A HEATH BLIZZARD. That’s it! They did NOT give us a heath blizzard, they gave us a heath-snickers hybrid ABOMINATION. Nuts, chocolate, and all the fixings we did NOT ask for… we POLITELY gave it back, said “excuse me, we asked for heath, and this is not heath. The “kind” associate said “okay” and took it back to replace it. All is well, or so we thought. A moment later, she returns, hands us the same blizzard we have come to despise, and she says “it is heath.” Pause. The audacity of this “woman”. It was NOT HEATH I SWEAR TO G*D. HEATH HAS NO NUTS. Look it up. If needed dm me and I will send you a link. What is going on at this “establishment”. Oh… I forgot to mention, they also didn’t give us bread with our chicken baskets. I can’t believe this. I’m going to do something I regret. I can’t take this anymore. We will be returning. Not for blizzards. For justice. Never go here. The employees have given people unauthorized nuts twice now. We (my friends and I) could have d*ed. To that b**ch at the window. I know you lied. I know your face. You don’t know who we are. But you will. HEATH HAS NO NUTS, AND WE HAVE NO MERCY. One star.

Paid $13 for 6 tenders a small fry which should have been a large and Untoasted toast. Never got a receipt and the clerk that took my order needs to learn to not interrupt and to listen. I get the rise in cost for food but my god this was embarrassing

I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and it was awful. They put 5 pieces of cookie dough in and put in chocolate which I’ve never had in a cookie dough blizzard. It was not even mixed together. The worst part is I saw the older guy throw bits of cookie dough with his bare hands back into the bin. Gross. Should have read the reviews before but DQ after a hike is my tradition. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I orders a large meal and when I got it, the fries were about half full and cold. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard also. I should have asked for a vanilla blizzard because there was about 5 pieces of cookie dough through the whole thing. Burger was cold. Burger also tasted terrible because they literally threw all the pieces together. Fries were cold and not what I paid for. Blizzard was terrible. Paid almost $20 for the worst thing ever.

When the grant road location closed it was hard because I had been going there all my life but am so happy that we still have the Wenatchee location. Dairy Queen ice cream is my favorite and the ice cream cakes are what I get on my birthday every year. The staff where kind and helpful and prepared my order fast and perfect. Hot eats Cool treats highly recommend this business

The kid who took our order failed to get it right the first. Then could give us the right total. When we got our food we were missing bread from one basket and ranch from the other. No body was wearing hair nets or properly wearing gloves. I tried calling and no body picked up. I’m very unhappy with the service, if I could give zero stars I totally would.

I got the chocolate extreme blizzard with extra stuff. It was bomb. Also the chicken strip basket had amazing fries, perfectly crisp and fluffy on the inside. Lastly the gravy was to die for. Such an amazing dipping sauce. 10/10 l.
