Our first night in Orange Beach, we ordered pizza online from Papa John’s. It took over 3 hours for our pizza, arriving a few minutes after 11pm! I was not given a delivery time at the time I ordered but was tracking the delivery on the app. Even when the time showed 2 hours, I called the store and was told it was out for delivery. The store was only 5 miles away! Then we had to re-heat our pizza! If you can’t offer delivery, stop promoting that you do!

Like other reviews, I usually don’t give reviews, but this place is an exception. We order 2 large pizzas, and it took 3 hours to deliver them! We are only a few minutes away from the establishment! Try to stay clear from this place, unless you want cold pizza at midnight.

I haven’t even got my food yet, so I’ll update if it ever gets here. Was quoted 35 minutes and it’s been 2 hours and still no delivery. It left the restaurant well over an hour ago so I’m sure it’ll be cold when and if it shows up. Don’t bother calling the store because the manager is so rude. I’ve never encountered someone so rude. We had plans to go to be beach tonight and enjoy our last night being here on vacation, yet we’ve been stuck waiting for our dinner for hours with 2 kids upset about missing time at the beach. The manager couldn’t care less. Read the reviews and listen, don’t give this place your business.

So I ordered delivery I got some chicken wings and bread. It took over 2 and a half hours to arrive. When I opened the door the wings were laying on the floor of my front door. I live in a condo so it’s concrete. He said oh sorry I will have to go get you dome new ones and walked away. Didn’t even attempt to pick them up. I picked them up now with a huge stain by our front door. I called they said its company policy to just replace the order. I said no thanks I just want my money back. They Saud nope can’t do that. I am not about to wait another 2 hours to get the redelivered. I said no I want a refund and she hung up

I hate giving bad reviews. But twice they have disappointed. One time I placed order for delivery and when I opened the pizza all my toppings were on the side. Like it was set in the delivery car on its side. When I called to complain they gave me a hard time. Almost saying I was not telling the truth.

Arrived to pick up my pizza a few minutes after the app said it was ready and was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes before it was ready. Call before leaving for pickup or even better have it delivered. Doordash is also an option. Pizza was great. Pepperoncini peppers were dry.

I usually love Papa John’s but I ordered from this Papa John’s for the first time and it was very disappointing. They forgot all my extra sauces I paid for, and on top of that I didn’t receive sauce for my cheese sticks or bread sticks. My pizza was undercooked and extremely cheesy even though I didn’t order it that way. $60 worth of food and it was not edible… Will never order from the OB Papa John’s again, very unfortunate. The Robertsdale Papa John’s is 100x better!

My family and I normally enjoy Papa John’s alot back in our hometown, however, we ordered from thak location while on vacation and had our first bad experience! The delivery driver apparently thought #512 at a condo thought this meant there was a 5th floor ♀️ instead of going to the address we gave them, they went to the end of the road and called because they couldn’t see a building with 5 floor. I called the manager back that left a nasty voicemail and she was even nastier on the phone! Needless to say we ended up eating somewhere else.
