I had a Culver’s craving diving from Kalamazoo to Flint. Good service and food came out very quickly. It was fresh and hot. You can’t beat a Butter Berger . The manager was on the floor checking on guests . The restaurant was very clean.

We went to the 84th st restaurant in byron center. the service was terrible. the you g guy at the counter was rude and argued with me over what i ordered. the order came out wrong. And i top of everything, charging $2.95 for a PUP cup was insulting. starbucks and dunkin’ donuts give out their pup cup for free. a small bowl of whipped cream should not cost $2.95. The food was plain and over priced. Definitely not worth the money or the expensive. if I could give a negative star I would.

Came in on a Sunday and couldn’t be more excited to grab a bite. I ordered what is shown in the photo, 3 burgers with 2 being plain and one with pickles. For some reason they wrote on the order and made 2 pickles and one plain. I came back up before they finished the food and said u had 2 plain one pickles right and he confirmed. They bring the food and it’s wrong. 2 burgers have pickles and one large fries is missing. I go up first tell them a large fries is missing. I come back then tell them the burgers are wrong. One has pickles 2 are plain. They come bring my a new burger with no fries. I ask where are the fries and he’s confused. I show him again 2 fries were paid for and one was received. He goes and brings another fries and correct me if I’m wrong but that second one looks like a medium?? Just completely in shock with the whole experience. I honestly don’t think i could mess an order up like this even if i tried.

Foods decent, but the customer service sucks. I’ve been here a few different times and either the orders messed up or they make us wait next to the restaurant to bring the food out but it’s always so slow and never in order. It’s just a mess.

Onion rings overcooked tasteless. Arnold Palmer drink was requested with unsweet tea – was sweet tea. Reuben sandwich overly salty, very little thousand island dressing, and almost no sauerkraut. Not good experience
