I keep giving this location a chance, and I’m disappointed each and every time. I’m still waiting on a refund on a menu item I was charged for a month ago that was out of stock. Coffee always tastes like cleaner is left over in it and full of grounds, and the muffins I ordered my kids were more like rocks.

Male employee was very rude in drive thru. I understand that being busy is stressful but there is no reason to have attitude with customers while just placing their order, a basic one at that. If the drive thru was set up differently, I would have just left. Ended up with an “iced coffee” that was made with hot coffee. The ice melted and watered it down by the time I turned off Northline.

This place is stressful. If they aren’t yelling at each other, they’re yelling at a customer. So much attitude, and no one asked for that, especially in the morning. More than once I’ve gone there and they didn’t rinse the cleaner (vinegar?) out of the coffee maker and you can taste it in your drink. I keep giving them chances to make it right and they always fall short.

I feel I must share my feelings towards this place. The food is good Timmy hos thru n thru when they have the food. Just overall nice people girls and guys, the service unfortunately takes too long for my breaks I’m down road but always close in time . They always have an issue w something but that sounds nuts reading it but idk it’s like that McDonald’s on van horn n West Jefferson. It’s the real deal but just poor quality overall. There’s always something abnormal or disappointing. Oh well.

Terrible. I wouldn’t have put this on a public forum, but with no one answering the phone-i found this is the only way to communicate. Sad..I worked at the Ambassador Bridge-we would take orders and run to Tim’s for break in Canada. It was the best. Dundee Michigan was the closest Tim’s that we found but we since moved an hour away; and it’s just not feasible to drive all that way for coffee. We have found that anything “Tim’s” downriver is just disappointing.

Fort/Pennsylvania store. Egg bite was slimey. Went in to ask for new. The lady making them had just wiped down the counter and then proceeded to get my food with same gloves. She then gave me an attitude when I asked her to change her gloves. Disgusting. Won’t go here anymore.

Went here today got a vanilla ice capp and a avocado turkey wrap the ice capp was good. The wrap not so much. First they made me avocado toast than when i told them that it was wrong they made me my wrap which looked sloppy as hell and barely had anything on it. If i wasn’t in such a hurry i would have went back up there and got my money back. Will be contacting corporate.
