Everything about this Sonic is nasty. The honey mustard we received was obviously old and had an off texture and taste, the blonde employee who “helped” us was rude and handed us our food without saying a single word, and the building itself looks so dirty and creepy, especially at night. Also, the straws had a gross odor and I could actually taste the straw itself when drinking my drink. Lastly, the chocolate in the hot fudge ice cream sundae tasted like Hostess chocolate in the worst way. I hadn’t been to Sonic in years and I guess it’ll be years before I go back.

Went through the drive-thru with a car full of hungry people and we were ready to buy as much as we could eat. Cashier on the speaker was so rude that we chose to drive away without ordering. We will not be visiting this facility again unless staff is replaced and/or trained on customer service.

Ordered using the sonic app. Credit card was charged. Waited 20 minutes, nothing. Pushed the red button. Was told “we are only doing drive through right now.” Went to the drive through. Masked if they got my app order. They said no. Showed them the receipt. Still no. By now over 30 minutes have passed since placing the order. I was told it will be 10-15 more minutes. Placed the order at 6:26pm. Got the food at 7:09pm.

Got the number 3 it was perfect the bacon was crisp but not burnt and the burger was perfectly assembled. The strawberry limeade was on point and the recess blast was delicious. Tots perfectly crisp.
