A wonderful establishment from top to bottom. My wife and I dined here while visiting and it did not disappoint on its delivery of the traditional New Orleans fare. I had their red beans and rice, my wife had the shrimp and grits; we both agree they were the best we’ve had! While in the Big Easy we had to try the fried alligator, especially as it was my wife’s first time. Again, they did not disappoint as the gator was nice and soft, with a slight crunch from the breading, the flavors were so nice we almost forgot about the dip that came with it!

Although it was a bit of a wait, I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was nice. The cat fish was lightly fried and was good. The door host was friendly and gave us some suggestions on things to try being that it was our first time there. The service /waitress was great.

First traditional New Orleans meal. Atmosphere was lively and staff was friendly and accommodating. No reservations necessary however you wait outside in line prior to being seated if there is a wait. Ordered fire grilled oysters, crab cake and shrimp Alfredo, stuffed fish, and finished the meal with pecan cobbler. Everything was simply amazing, just enough spice to give it a nice kick of heat. The cobbler was delicious large enough to share with several people. Drinks were delicious! Staff was very nice and tries to be everywhere during a busy dinner crowd.

The best spot for Shrimp by far! Be warned: There is a line because it is just THAT delicious!! Not super quiet, for those who need noise safe places, bring headphones. Downstairs bathroom is spacious, but only one toilet downstairs, the other bathroom is upstairs. Not ideal for the wheelchair bound, but for the two legged and cane users, it’s maneuverable. Slightly cozy table if you have a party of 4 or more. DELICIOUS FOOD. NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT WITH ANY DISH.

I absolutely LOVED Creole house! I visited during a 1.5 hour lunch break while attending a conference at the Hilton Riverside. When my Uber driver dropped me off, I was a little concerned because there was a line outside and a check in station. But my concern was quickly relieved as they seated several parties rapidly. Creole House has amazing ambiance and decor. I ordered pasta jambalaya and it was one of my favorite dishes I had during my trip. It was a little spicy but really flavorful. I had plenty of time to enjoy my lunch and make it back for my next meeting. I highly recommend Creole House on your next trip to New Orleans.

This was the first place we dined at upon arrival in New Orleans. Our server was awesome, loved the hospitality. The crawfish toast was amazing! Everything was tasty including the drinks.

Fun place with excellent food and drink. The host at the door was welcoming and friendly. Our waitress introduced herself quickly got our drinks and gave us good recommendations on food. Food came out fast even though we were in the middle of the lunch rush. The food was hot fresh and delicious. Large portions with lots of flavors great seasoning and even amazing bread. So good we packed up the left overs and took them back to the hotel for later. Highly recommended!
