My wife was going to pick up an eight piece chicken meal. The website says choose two large sides and then in two other places in the same area it says choose “a” side. I called to verify that it is in fact two and not one side. I had to call a second time, as the first time it rang so long it went to a busy signal. The second time someone answered and I told him she was going to be there to get an eight piece meal. He didn’t bother to tell me that they didn’t have any biscuits; which was part of that meal. So when she gets there she texted me that they didn’t have any biscuits, I tell her to forget the whole thing, but she had already paid for it. So now I’m getting corn in place of biscuits. Biscuits go with mashed potatoes and gravy, corn doesn’t go where a damn thing. It’s just…corn. They screwed up the last order and gave me macaroni and cheese, which is nasty. I’m thinking I’m pretty much done with this place. Time to see if Church’s is any better.

This is the 3rd time I have gone in this week and there is absolutely no customer service when you go inside. Like everyone is walking around like a chicken with their head cut off. There are many people working, but no one to help take your order. All the employees just ignore you like you are crazy. Also, whoever owns this establishment should not be in business, and should be ashamed of themselves. The managers are always just as bad. They never come up front to help you. They hide in the side office. I just left right now at 11:00 am and no service again. No one in the drive-in, many cars parked up front, and a few people on the lobby. Fix this place or close it down.

Don’t go to this location it’s always something. I asked for original recipe the gave me extra crispy. It was hard and gross. I got the 4 sides family meal hardly any Mac n cheese in container or mashed potatoes, it’s like they gave me leftovers of what they had. And I went at like 5 o’clock they should have plenty for dinner rush. And there was a separate time they had no chicken. Expensive for low quality.

Worst KFC I’ve been too. Ordered the Feeds 2 meal and right there it says crispy original or mix and I asked for mix and was told they can’t mix it because it’s a limited item…..I stated that the menu says and as I was still talking she interrupted me and said “don’t argue with me” so I said Crispy but got original. I didn’t receive my sides at almost 5$ a piece. Poor poor service. Won’t go back to this one EVER

If I could give them a zero star I would! First time I came at 7 and they were already closed, and I thought I’ll give it another chance at 7pm and wow they are closed! Their door says they don’t close until 8 but of course they all want to go home and close the doors early. Drive thru is completely pitch black. Won’t be coming back again. This is the only location that does this!
