As soon as I walked into Golden China, High Point location, I got up to the counter and the lady immediately was rude. Very poor customer service, business ethics!! This restaurant needs to be shut down!! How can a restaurant stay open and not give customer courtesy, respect and be friendly??

I was in a hurry and didn’t think that it would be as bad as the reviews make it seem. It was. The lady was mean. The chicken seemed like it’s those dinosaur things my nephew eats and the rice was cold. The price wasn’t what was posted on the menu. I feel like I paid $20 for someone to spit on me.

Upon walking in I could not find anyone to speak to. It was dark and unwelcoming inside. Finally someone answers my call for assistance and impatiently asks if I’m ready. I set my order, pay and leave (as I don’t feel welcomed here). Should have checked my order before returning to work, because this is not what I ordered. I’m already at work so I just ate what was decided for me. But kudos to her for giving me the healthier option instead of what I wanted. Food was great that is why I raised it to a 2 star ⭐⭐

I have been to this restaurant several times. Over the last month the service has gone down. Three weeks ago and on today I was highly upset(both times leaving the restaurant without food). On today I went in to order and told her I was walking down to foodlion and would be right back (food is less when you pay with cash). She screamed “No, you may never come back” “we cook food and people never come get” I politely told her I would bring cash right back she said, I mean screamed “NO! You pay now or we won’t cook until you get back” at this point I just wanted to leave but I offered my ID and she said “No”. A second lady came in and said what’s going on and when I explained she also left and said that they were rude to her the other week as well. I wish there were more good Chinese food places in the palladium area. Be careful eating here, don’t go looking for good customer service.

They can’t get any stars from me because the experience was beyond any star. As soon as I walked in to place my order, the female at the desk gave me great attitude. She is so evil it’s ridiculous. My husband and I have experienced her nastiness on several occasions. We thought that maybe if we tried at different times that it would be different, but to no avail. We, the customers are keeping your business running and this is how you treat us? She got made at me because one order was without onions. That was a problem for her. She packed our food in the bag so that the gravy would burst out of the bowl all in the bag. I will not patronize this business again and will make sure to tell all of my coworkers and friends to never go there. I would rather pay double or travel further to get quality food and good customer Service. My shrimp fried rice was not fried. Smh ♀️

If I could give 1 star I would. Walked into this very HOT establishment and could hear the lady behind the register talking very loudly. She could not even greet me…1st red flag. When I asked her what the total was (because I couldn’t see it on the broken register)…2nd red flag, she decided writing it down would be better so her conversation could continue…3rd red and final flag. So you are too busy to greet me or even explain the charges (how does an item that is 5.99 become 6.93 with taxes)? But you want my money? And although I could not understand you, I know you said rude things as I left. All good. You will never get my money or anyone else I love.
