I ordered five tacos and potato oles. I also ordered nacho cheese, but it wasn’t added to the order. When I got home, I realized my order was really messed up. I didn’t get most of the stuff I asked. When I was in the drive-through line, The person taking the order rushed me. Hindsight, it makes sense that my order is messed up because he didn’t really seem to care what I was saying. I feel like I should be compensated.

I love Taco Johns food. I understand the premise behind their large price increases over the last two years. I just don’t go there as often. However, what makes me lower my rating is the great discrepancies in the size of its offerings. Some days I will get a nice size burrito, taco, super burrito. The next time, they will contain almost no beans, meat , cheese, onions etc… definitely not worth what I pay. I don’t expect a huge item, but would like at least enough filling to give the item some shape.

Only 2 people in the dining room, we waited several minutes to be served. Then they did ALL the drive thru’s, making us wait. The young blonde gal kept telling the manager I was waiting, and I heard him say, he was finishing drive thru first! Then TRIED to give us tots that had been sitting there. Was about 530 on a Monday, and besides the 5 outside orders, they weren’t busy!

I got all the way home to find my order incorrect. I called. The manager told me if I drove back the 20 minutes to get there he would remake the order AND refund my money. I didn’t expect that, but he said it was the least they could do since I had to drive back to Lincoln. When I got there they remade the order. They did not refund any money…not a word was mentioned about it…just “have a good night.”

Do not go to this location unless eating inside. Otherwise you’ll get home to see entire order is jacked up. Example, potato oles with no seasoning at all (not light, none). Instead of 2 beef meat and potato burritos no lettuce, you get one with lettuce potatoes etc but no beef no meat at all…lettuce and cheese, the other…. chicken no lettuce and a potato with a ton of cheese. A #5 no lettuce is pretty straight forward, yet since moving to the area of the 3 times I’ve gone to this location, 3 times the orders were completed jacked. This 3rd time required adding things from home to make edible. I’ve learned….never go to this location again. Even if that means going out of my way.

I typically don’t have issues at this location but the customer service does need to be improved. Went through the drive-thru and ordered 1 meal. Got to the window and Kaylee helped me. She was short with me and rude. Didn’t say anything to me when I got to the window, just stared. She dropped my card, and didn’t apologize. Told her I was missing my dr pepper said “yeah.” in an annoyed tone. If you hate your job so much why are you even working in food service? Learn some manners.
