Super clean, friendly restaurant! Ordered a variety off the menu, but the vegetarian menu was epic! Best chili relleno burrito EVER! The veggie tostado was generous sized and perfect crispness. Everyone loved the Jamaica and Horchata drinks with refill! Our only regret was not having room for dessert!!! Will be back for ONLY the dessert menu soon!

Great place to enjoy while visiting beautiful Woodland Wa. Friendly atmosphere with very attentive servers. The food came fast and hot. Plenty of menu items to choose from. Plates are large but not so much the bill.

There was great food tonight. It was quite the hopping place tonight so it was a little hard to get the servers attention to order dessert. However the staff was quite pleasant and the food was delicious. It came out quickly once we ordered and tasted great! A great Mexican Style Restaurant with a bright, well lit atmosphere! The tables and chairs are colorful works of art!

Food was great, service was horrific. My boyfriend and I hadn’t been back for that reason for over a year. Decided to give it a shot yesterday because of the revamped menu and the customer service was horrible as usual. Barely came to our table at all, waited over 30 minutes for drinks, could never order another one until our food came out, and ended with us having to grab our own to go boxes and walk up into the front to pay because no one came back to our table.

Overall, the food was great, but when it’s 5 o’clock in the afternoon and you have them vacuuming right next to your table when we we’re eating that’s highly unprofessional! We wanted to throw our napkins up and just leave! We will not ever be going back, very displeased and disgusted! I can’t tell yeah how disgusting it was with whatever was flying out of the vacuum in our faces and onto the table.

Very poor customer service. Today April 20, 2023 I went to Los Pepe’s for lunch in Woodland Washington. There was a couple sitting in the bar area and two gentleman at a table in the dining room when I was seated. I was brought the chips & salsa and ordered a Hibiscus Margarita (Which was great) I ordered from the lunch menu their Carne Asada Y Mos the Top Sirloin steak was paper thin and so dry I couldn’t even finish it. After bringing my meal there was no follow up to ask how I liked my meal or an offer for water, which I would have really enjoyed to balance out the alcohol and my meal. My point for this review was that they were not even busy at all. Two waitresses and a gentleman ( I assume the cook ) stood in view near the kitchen laughing, looking at something on a phone, hydrating themselves with beverages and absolutely no concern for customers in the dining room. I watched for ten minutes to see if someone would look my way before I had to approach them to get my check to leave. This was not worth almost $30 for lunch to be ignored and not enjoy a nice piece of steak. Never returning again. I’m saddened by this because I’ve eaten at the Battle Ground location and never an issue. I did call to talk to the owner or manager at 3 different locations and was told they never know when or what location they are at. Customer service is huge, we are the reason they are in business, without the customer you’re restaurant will not exist nor will your staff have a paycheck. Let’s do better.
