There was a male employee who kept staring at me and my female companion. He forgot to make our food even though we were the only ones there in the beginning. And as we entered another male employee (who seemed to be on break at the time) said to us be careful he (the male employee who was staring) will keep your change. And then as we went to paid that employee made a sour face and said “aw youre paying with card”. The products were good and the female employee was nice but it is not a safe place to be with no other customers as a female

This was my “go to” Dunkin before the current owner took control. Someone named “Simon” is the current supervisor. He has no clue how to treat employees. One female employee helped customers at the counter. When there were no customers she got the mop and a bucket and started to wash the floor. He criticized her for humming to music that was playing while she mopped the floor! Idiotic statements like “I don’t pay you to listen to music.” Who hired this fool? Is he a relative of the owner? The atmosphere was disgusting. I will not return. Simon knows nothing about management nor does he know how to run a business. He clearly doesn’t know good employees are hard to come by and there is a shortage of qualified people who want to work in the service industry.

placed my mobile order 20 minutes before arriving bc i know theyre slow here. walked into the empty store, there was only 1 customer and the mobile ordering ding wasn’t going off. 3 of the baristas were just chatting behind the counter. between the 5 people working, nobody had made my drink. i (nicely) asked them about it, and then they ASKED ME HOW TO MAKE THE DRINK. it was a regular iced caramel macchiato from the menu….

Apparently my last 2 orders are mere suggestions and not necessarily orders. Each time I have ordered 2 everything bagels and the first day I received two cinnamon raisins and today I received a plain and a cinnamon raisin. Learned my lesson, not again.
