This is my preferred Papa Johns by far. I love the workers. They’re a great group of people, they make consistently great food, and they’ve never messed up any of my orders. And just look at the awesome job they did with my Jack O Lantern pizza. There were olives on the eyes, but I took them off. Lol. I’m charmed. Thank you guys for amazing service and delicious food!

been ordering from this location for years, the only negative thing i can say, is when using papa reward points, if you buy a pizza and use all of the 10 dollar reward to make your order free or nearly free, they will use cheaper cheese that sucks so only use it to pay about half of your order. Otherwise this place is great

We called at 9:11 and they said they’d be here with are order in 20 to 32 mins now its 10:14 and the restaurants closed and still haven’t gotten are food I mean they couldve just said they couldn’t make it tonight and we still couldve made it to another restaurant in time.

Called local store to order but manager wouldn’t take order. Then he hung up on me. Called back and was out on hold for over an hour until they hung up after closing. Called district next day n she was super nice offered free meal. Meal was good so I hope they fire that manager

Extremely rude and completely unprofessional. I called to place an order for pickup and when my brother got there to pick it up it was incorrect. He was told by the workers that they can’t remake it because it’s an online order. I CALLED! Apparently I spoke to the call center and they messed up the order but that is somehow my fault? And it can’t be fixed. All they can offer is a refund and we get nothing. Needless to say we’re starving and annoyed. Literally only wanted what I ordered and was denied, what are you doing Papa John’s?
