Normally I’d give more stars especially for some of the super friendly staff I’ve had greet me but one morning I ordered a drink and accidentally went to this Starbucks the door was locked I was confused. Instead of the staff asking me what’s wrong they ignored me for a good ten minutes before finally telling me the other Starbucks opens earlier and that must be where the app had me order it. My confusion of course but they could have definitely been more helpful.

Walked in was welcomed. Young man took my order was helpful and was great all around. Women who made my drink had a bit of a attitude. I don’t think she even looked at 2 of the drinks and just made plain lattes. When I ordered a White chocolate and a Carmel Brulé. Both have no flavoring. No white chocolate or Carmel syrup. Was very plain tasting. I asked for a tray she tells me they don’t have any and walks off. Did not offer me a bag or anything to carry my 4 drinks back to my car. I noticed my lattes was plain after I had left and started heading home. At this point I was not turning around.

Be careful using gift cards there. The barista convinced me my gift card didn’t cover my order and that I owed extra $5 when in fact they misread it and that was my balance left on my giftcard. They also kept giving me the wrong change on my double payment. It was a weird experience which I was not prepared for today. Starbucks may have gotten an additional $10 out of me today, but they lost a future customer due to lack of training on their cashiers.

This place is never as consistent as expected when you go to a chain store…the coffee tends to taste different from day to day- especially the decaf. It is not as clean as it should be and there is one barrister who mainly works the cash register who on most transactions is rude. …this location is not exactly the experience one is looking for when paying a premium for a basic commodity.
