I ordered a Turkey Bacon Melt wrap and it was delicious! It was warm and had fresh turkey, feta cheese, and delicious greens in it. Additionally, the cashier was very nice and the wrap came out very quickly.

Order a sandwich and it was horrible didnt have cheese or lettuce like it was supposed to. Also ordered pasta primivera and didnt receive that with my order.

This is inside a food court so the atmosphere isn’t that much to talk about but we had no trouble getting a table. They offer gluten free bread which was good for me. Service was good and the food was also good. Every time we go to the Lee outlets, we like to stop here for lunch.

Ordered food on Grubhub, delivery driver was prompt and drove all the way to New England Wraps for them to close the door in his face and cancel my order. I was refunded by Grubhub but that is terrible service and not notated anywhere on Grubhub that they actually close an hour before posted. I would leave no stars if allowed.

Went yesterday, The wrap was good I guess. I had ordered the chicken bacon wrap and came out after having to order it at the counter. Don’t order through Grubhub as your food will not be ready supposedly their Grubhub system doesn’t work and when I had mentioned I ordered online. I was told they didn’t get the order and it wasn’t made, the woman working the counter/line when I asked can it be made, she at first said no but yet grubhub you pay ahead so the manager or whomever had to come out. Like i get it, I work in the restaurant industry myself and things like this can happen. If a customer comes up asking for an order they placed online and paid for already. There shouldn’t be any questions about it. With validation of email confirmation it’s paid for just make it the next order and go on with service not question it and say no can’t be made.
