Stopped in for an early dinner, we ordered the chili con queso and two taco plates. The queso was good a little thinner than we prefer but the flavors were definitely hitting. My husband had three beef tacos with a side of rice, beans and flour tortillas. The tacos were massive, I’ve never seen this guy struggle to finish tacos, I guess there is a first for everything. The ground beef was seasoned beautifully. This is where he struggles with flavors, so often the meat is dull and lacks in good flavor but Jose Peppers has got this nailed. His beans and rice were definitely standard and as you’d expect. I had the Corona shrimp tacos, although quite flavorful and again massive in portion size the shrimp was heavily breaded. All flavor points hit and hit hard but I did find myself peeling a lot of the breading off, as it was a bit much. There is another choice of shrimp taco, my next visit I’ll ask for the seasoned shrimp with the toppings of the Corona shrimp tacos. Kind of a mish mash if you will. We will definitely be back to try other items from the menu as so many of the offered dishes looked and sounded tempting. Two meals with an appetizer and the bill was under $40 that’s a rarity these days especially for the amount of food you’re receiving, I would have banked the bill to be much higher, so value is on point.

Service here was fast and our waitress was attentive to the table. The food was piping hot and the portion size was huge. We had no issues during our visit and were surprised that it was not too busy considering the time of night. The location is perfect for a lunch or dinner after shopping in the area.

Everything was really good my first time eating here. I like that the chips are the thin and crispy style and the salsa is more of a homemade style than commercial kind. I ordered the jalapeño cheese dip , highly recommend. The picture is of a shredded chicken combo and everything was fantastic, no complaints and will return if I’m back in the area.

The reason for the 1 star is not the food. This is the second time that I’ve been waited on by this person and I asked something not to be on my food, it ends up on my food!! I ordered fish tacos no avocados I am allergic!! Well guess what was on my tacos? Yes avocados!! I ordered them yesterday and this did not happen but it was a different person who took my order. After working 16 hours you just want your food to be right.

Great margaritas! And love that they have happy hour 7 days a week. Service was slow. We ordered margaritas immediately however they arrived after our meals. Also slow refills on water and chips. The atmosphere could be improved by a good cleaning. The wall in our booth was filthy. I was also grossed out by the cart of dirty dishes being pushed around to bus tables. It felt intrusive and unsanitary.

Extremely slow service. There were only two of us. We had 2 bowls of chips and I finished my frozen strawberry margarita and we still did not have our meals. The restaurant was not even all that busy. The food was okay, you get plenty. But not the best we ever had and a bit on the bland side. Then we asked for our check and again waited a long time. We had a gift card and this was our first visit ever. Not the best first impression for sure.

Have been coming here since it went from outback to this and have always loved it. The chips and salsa are amazing it’s hard to not fill up on them. Staff is always friendly and on the ball. Food always tastes great also and is enough for a good meal and leftovers. The best part is the cilantro rice it’s absolutely the best I’ve ever had.

Food and drinks are great. My husband and I come to this location a few times a month. We always get seated fairly quickly, only down side is service ALWAYS feels rushed. Doesn’t matter who the server is the check gets brought out while we are still eating anywhere from 5-15min in. We don’t get asked if we at least need anything else before it’s brought out. Seems like they just want people in and out. We’re not ones to just sit around and hog a table either. When we ask for a refill or another round of drinks it feels like we are an inconvenience. This is why I am hesitant to continue coming to this location even though it is convenient.
