What a gem!!! We’re traveling through and I looked up a place for lunch. Saw “Sunset Bar & Grill”. Although pics show they serve burgers, we were tantalized by the Indian fare, so we got the buffet. Wow! They do not skimp on the buffet. The chicken was moist. Every dish had a distinct delicious flavor. And I even had the seafood bisque. Husband had some lamb and fish. Don’t be fooled by the motel it is in. What an experience! Felt like a very nice restaurant. Seems like it is family run and everyone is delightful and courteous. Very pleasant atmosphere. It was a wonderful break on our travels.

We stopped by on a long trip as a local business had recommended it to us. We ordered the butter chicken and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was so delicious and the portion was very large. We ordered it very spicy and although it definitely had some heat, it was still so good. There were lots of options of food available and my kids loved everything from the kids menu. We also ordered calamari and it was excellent. They also serve a buffet for anyone looking to try a little of everything.

Amazing food! The tandor salmon was our favorite (especially with the mint chutney), but the butter chicken was a very close second. Best Indian food we’ve had in a very long time (maybe ever). We ended the meal with the lava cake which was also good.

Amazing. I’ve eaten here any time I come into town, and now moving here will likely be a regular. Listen, I get that seeing a bar and grille in a days inn you don’t expect five star- but this is 5+ star. Whether you are looking for a nice dinner, or a drink in front of the big game this is the spot for those who like the calmer atmosphere. With smooth jazz playing and many large screen tvs is just the bonus to the AMAZING drinks. Bartender is fantastic. Trinidad mixologist at that bar! Neesha is a master at her craft- if she doesn’t know the drink you best believe she will learn it on the spot, and make it better than most seasoned mixologists. Her manhattan, margs, and mojitos are the perfect pairing to any meal this gem has to offer.

Everything about this place from the decor, to the service, to the food was on point. I almost didn’t stop in, as it is adjoining to the hotel, but I am so glad I didn’t let that stop me. A great Lil spot right off the highway, saved on the map. We may even try out the hotel next time we come thru!
