This has ro be the slowest drive thru ever. It took 10 minutes before I could even place my order. I couldn’t even back out the drive thru and go in because cars were behind me. Customer service also bad. When I’m ordering don’t rush me asking me if I’m ready or is that it. That’s rude. The food was fine. Just need better Customer service.

Please check your food when you bite into it. I purchased a veggie Crunchwrap through the Taco Bell app. Upon my surprise when I bit into my crunch wrap, the longest piece of hair I had ever seen was wrapped up in my food. I was livid and went straight to the manager. Mind you I had braids in my hair at the time, so there was no possible way it could be my hair. When I showed it to the manager, tmanager stated his employees couldn’t have done it because they said it wasn’t them. I asked for a refund and the manager said “I can’t refund you because it was an app order”. Also the manager stated “It was only $7.00”. Meaning because I only spent $7.00 finding hair in my food a refund or my reaction was necessary. I had then remake my food but ended up trashing it due to their reaction I didn’t trust it. I called the corporate office and the automated system kept hanging up on me. I had to go through Twitter to speak to someone and finally get a refund. This place needs to be shut down immediately!

This place is flat out horrible if I could’ve given no stars I would’ve. I placed an order at 11:45pm and didn’t hear back until 3:08 that my order was canceled thru uber eats. I wouldn’t recommend ordering nothing from this location at all. The communication between them & uber suck bad. They offered me $5 for my trouble…I spent over $30+ for a group of us.

I was greeted at the inacom with attitude. As if I was a bother. I spoke with a happy, friendly, upbeat tone. In response I received, “anything else, anything else, anything else. 20 minutes later, I pulled up to the window, I asked why I wasn’t asked what flavor loco tacos I wanted. They made me another order with all 3 loco tacos. I asked for chicken supreme both times. I got all beef! I don’t eat beef. It makes my stomach hurt! My Daughter asks for a green slushy, she got red. We received no straws or napkins. I was very upset behind paying $14 for processed snack food and having to drive 45 minutes home, hungry! 0 customer service! And I get to go to be a hungry tonight.

Been here numerous times and the quality is pretty good for Taco Bell. I’ve had no issues with bad food. Sometimes I get the common-mistake fast food places have where the order isn’t made correctly, but that’s like 1 out of 30 visits.

Visited Bell in Landover Hills, Md on 9/11/22 around 9:30 pm. Usually visits the Bell in Colmar Manor, Md but closed for 6 weeks for remodeling. Anyway, the Landover Hills one was surprisingly good, tasty! Food was hot and fresh. We ate in the car and enjoyed it. Our order was perfect and our drink was cold. 3 people ordered. Will visit again!

I used the drive thru and the food was hot when given to me and also when I got home. They allowed me to check my bag before I pulled off because I got a lot of food. The workers were really nice and pleasant and the food was really good too
