My sister brought me here, it’s her favorite spot and I can see why. The fish is fresh and for the amount of food you get for the combo, it’s a great deal. The staff was also so sweet and listened to any allergies we told her about.

Don’t be fooled by the name of the restaurant. This amazing place has authentic Korean cuisine and the fact that you can get Japanese along with it makes it a double threat. My wife and I had Korean soup & stew, I love all the side garnishes that come with all the Korean dishes. We continued with a sashimi dish that completed the meal. Everything was excellent, the ambience and the way the restaurant is set up made it feel homey. Depending when you go, it can get loud with patrons enjoying themselves so much.

I went to Tappan Sushi with my husband for lunch who is from Uruguay. He was not into korean, japanese type food but that changed it all when we first came here. I am korean and i need to have my korean food and japanese sushi, sashimi!!!Always great food and service is great. This is our 5th or 6th visit. There are 2 very attentive and friendly waitresses and they are always working. Super great people. Also the sushi chef, the same sushi chef when i go there always greets us when we come in. That is how it should be, greeting customers in a friendly manner. One big thumbs up, the food comes right away, that is the way all restaurants should be. Plus, extremely fresh fish and all the foods i have tried. Cant say enough good things about this restaurant. The Restroom is super clean,smells like fresh Clorox which means they clean it daily. The owner, i think is korean have the best staff and chef.

My family loves to eat sashimi in this Korean restaurant. We’ve experienced some stomach issues after trying some other sashimi places in Fort Lee but this restaurant uses very fresh and good fish. They don’t have a lot of side dishes like other Korean sashimi places but the amount of food is just enough to be full. Their LA kalbi is also good for kids. Also the employees are very kind and pleasant.

I would like to know the secret spot this place gets its fish from because I’ve never had sushi this good. The staff is wonderful and service is extremely quick. I recommend getting the Red Dragon Roll as well as a piece of Toro Sushi
