I love this place, I (Along with many friends) call it the best Mexican restaurant on our mountain, and visit it all the time, at least once a week. Amazing food, great selection of meals on the menu, insanely nice people (and not just because we are regulars to the place), and reasonable prices. Overall 10/10, as I said, I visit at least once a week.

Edited .. After my initial review I revisited .. It has been about 7 months and I saw the menu had changed. Everything was wonderful this time around with the exception of the strange tasting salsa.. It was like Marinara and Salsa mixed… it wasn’t awful tasting, just .. odd.

Stopped in this afternoon when I was up on the mountain for some lunch and was very impressed with my nachos supreme. Good portions and quality exceeded my expectations. The salsa for the chips is a little on the sweet side and tastes a little like marinara. It’s not bad.

So here’s the deal. This is a little spot you have to go to after a long hike at Walls of Jericho. The food was great. I’m from Chicago and have had great Mexican food. If this was I’m Chicago it would be one of the best. Couple that with an attentive staff even with every seat in the house taken? can’t be beat! Oh and the customers are great to. I don’t know what’s going on in this little town with this great restaurant but, it is truly the spirit of southern hospitality. Eat here!
