I’m really not one to complain but this is the worst Burger King. The chicken fried are literally never fresh. They always taste like they’ve been sitting there for days. Cold, chewy, and hard. Today I came through and ordered chicken fries and it honestly looked like someone had dunked them in water. They were mushy and it was all over the box. I usually order whoppers with no pickles and half of the time they still have the pickles on them. The produce (lettuce and tomato) never ever looks fresh either. The fries are also never salted. I come here maybe once every couple months because it’s down the street from my house. I regret it every single time. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson with this Burger King.

They do not provide with the receipt. The prices on menu board on the drive thru are way off. The manager or assistant manager appeared to have a bad day. The food was hot and freshed hence the two stars. But I’m always after good service. We all human! If you don’t want to work in a fast food restaurant, get a better job, education, etc.

Absolutely horrendous from 2 people working there, 1 grill guy 1 drive thru and counter, food was cold and expensive then 2 days later went to another bk on okeechobee A/C broken they said for 2 days, bathroom was horrible, they really went down the tubes, shows they nolonger care, look at Chik filet, perfect example of success, and failure, guess bk had its run.

Went in for a simple order. 2 double cheeseburgers, mozzarella sticks, and 2 sodas. Came out with 2 double hamburgers with no cheese. Went back to the counter and advised them the order was wrong. They took the double hamburger and made it into a half cheeseburger (one slice of cheese).

Order milk shake, they tell me we’re not making milkshakes at this time 9pm. Ok. Order whopper with cheese, no cheese, one little tomato and maybe 5 little pieces of lettuce. Ask for ketchup and extra no problem they say , they give me 3 packs. Guess they don’t serve straws here either, I didn’t even get one. Not to mention I sat at menu for 10 mins to order. Trash
