The waffle house on Taylor rd , was the worst experience I’ve ever had at waffle house. Waited and waited to be seated and to get my coffee, meal came pretty fast, but wasn’t the best, place seem nasty , manager was cooking, because we ask him for my coffee he apologized but had 2 waitresses and they were not busy when we got there , the girl Lee Lee had a bad additude didn’t get in no hurry to help her customers, this waffle house needs serious attention, it will make you scared to go back

I was very pleased with my experience at this location. I was greeted by the whole staff as I walked in. I placed my order online and my food was ready before the quoted time. Everything was well prepared and hot. Lucquita checked with me on my whole order before bagging it up for me and making sure I had all that I needed (jelly, syrup and utensils). I will definitely come back to this location. I heard other patrons who had dined in telling the staff that they would undoubtedly return soon. Well run location.

I sat in my car looking inside as my friend ordered the food! The cook took the trash out with “GLOVES ON”! Came right back inside and grabbed the sausage out the cooler to prepare our order! At that point I had to let them know he did not change his gloved and I dismissed myself!

Arrived to a fullish resturant and waited for 20 min for a table. Not a big deal. Had 5 staff members but the bar was all but 2 seats blocked off with folks waiting for booths. Two tables got up and left from eating. We waited 10 min before the table was cleaned and we were offered to sit. Waited 15 min before leaving completely. The staff kept telling us be right there be right there but kept cleaning other tables, cleaning dishes, visiting with other customers and left us sitting. Finally got up and left completely. One staff member told another they were going on break and deal with their tables.

They refused to serve us for no reason. Never coming here ever again. We sat there and waited and nobody told us anything for at least 10 minutes. Then they decided to say that they were not serving anymore even though they were still making food and there was other customers inside eating. It is supposed to be a 24 hour location.

Sitting in Waffle House as I speak when I arrived there wasn’t no one here and 4 workers I have been waiting on a waffle and burger for literally 25 min the is assume and awful. All they doing are playing around I would not recommend no one to use this location.
