I would give them no stars if I could. I visited the restaurant on Sunday and ordered a eight piece crispy chicken only with a large side of gravy and a eight piece chicken bites. With me having prior experience in restaurant management, I know about changing the oil. The chicken was so old and nasty and hard and dry. I called the restaurant back the manager on duty took my name and asked me to call before I come to make sure the chicken will be fresh. So I did that I called the store seven times no one answered. I came through the drive-through. The girl already knew who I was and what I had ordered so she asked me did I mind coming inside?. So I did but once inside the manager on duty was not the manager whom I had spoke to on the phone so he gives me a hard time. I’m trying my best to stay calm, but he just keeps on asking me questions that I already answered, as if I was lying about my purchase. So after five minutes of going nowhere with this man in a conversation. I decided to step behind the counter and get the chicken myself so he calls the police and they tell me that he doesn’t want me back at the store and I’m trespassing but what about my eight piece chicken with large side gravy and eight piece chicken bites. The customer service at this location sucks and I see why they need new Management because the managers that they have are not equipped, nor educated enough to provide the service necessary to the public and people food is too high to be playing with people.

The cashier Angelo needs a good lesson in customer service. Super rude, short, and doesn’t know how his job works. Sir if you don’t like your job get a new one. You are lazy and a sorry excuse for a worker. Made me pull up and then practically threw my food into my window scoffing and walking away.

40+ minutes just waiting on wrap combo… I see plenty of employees. This is unacceptable. The girl in the window is polite but.. that can only calm so much aggravation when I’ve sat in this line for this long for a WRAP combo. Not worth it honestly, just drive the extra time to the other one in Statesville or pick somewhere else to eat.

If it was good the service was very slow. It wasn’t no one in there. The people behind the counter just kept telling us they’ll be there in a minute. Be there in a minute. I don’t know what they were doing. It looked like they were steady back there talking they finally came and got our water and there’s another man that was there and we got our order before he got his. He said he’s going to be waiting like 30 minutes and it was no one in there. A bunch of homeless people hanging around coming in and charging their phone but I guess they have to go somewhere

Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone took my order. Ordered a 12 piece crispy chicken meal with double fries, and Mac and cheese and a pot pie. Got it all the way home and what was in the bad was 7 pieces of original, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn. Was supposed to have 6 biscuits and only had 4. The pot pie was the only thing right! Very disappointed. Tried calling the store and no one answers.
