We ordered drinks today 8/8/23 and they were probably the worst drinks we have ever had and the people behind were disgustingly rude, this wasn’t our first bad experience this will just be our last. This place will fail with customer service alone. Disappointed and disgusted.

Place is ok if you’re rich but I had some gift cards to use up and got a couple drinks. The cashier was really nice and had the time to answer my questions even tho she had a couple people behind me. She also entered and gave me receipts with my balances on the cards. Very nice of her. Didn’t act like it was a problem. Which is nice for a change when people actually do their jobs without the looks that you know youre bothering them. 4 stars only cuz they never add enough Carmel even after 2 or three times saying it needs to be sweet for my Carmel fetish. Only Dutch brothers add enough when asked.

They are usually pretty fast and friendly but there prices are to high and there sizes of drinks are much smaller than other competitive businesses. Dutch Bros has bigger drinks are less expensive and much more variety. The staff is much more friendly and more welcoming.
