Ordered on line. Went to pick up. The restaurant didn’t have the order. Even though I had a receipt the employees wouldn’t make the subs or give me a refund since the manager wasn’t there. What kind of customer service is that! Will not be back.

The open sign was off 30 minutes before the official closing time and the kid with the bowl cut was very rude. He had his earphones in and ignored me at the register. Not to mention the white lady in there keeps running in an out of the store to smoke a cigarette multiple times. I could get over the food but the service and from what I’m assuming is the store manager is completely unacceptable.

This place is always in disarray. The floors and tables are usually dirty and the service is slow. The employees are courteous and the food is good. They seem understaffed and mismanaged. I usually don’t bother.

I have been eating Firehouse Subs for years. Today I ordered a meatball sub with potato chips and a fountain drink via DoorDash. The delivery was quick and no contact was respected. The meatballs are bigger than most places and quite tasty. The cheese was melted just right and the roll had an excellent chew to it. Enjoyed the sandwich and the fountain drink. I was quite disappointed that the chips I ordered and paid for were NOT in the bag.

Great customer service! I walked in at 9:01pm not realizing the store closed at 9pm. I was expecting to be asked to leave, but the gentlemen (Eugene and Demetri) were very friendly and didn’t mind making that last sandwich and also helping me understand how to use my reward points, very patient. I ordered the fully loaded Engineer, it was delicious!

Bad. I ordered at 805. Food was not even sent over, so they say. They had no problem taking my money! The uncaring girl at the counter was basically like oh well and said the app quits sending orders at 830. Didnt care that i placed the order at 805 and didnt even try to help me!
