Thank you to the staff tonight and especially the young delivery driver!! My baby girl was having a rough night we accidentally ordered a pizza with no pepperoni so then I ordered another one and he stayed later just to deliver her pizza, from a momma with a young teen. I greatly appreciate the cook, delivery driver, all staff!! Thank you so much for making her night better❤️

The most garbage and unprofessional Restaurant ever! Never have delivery drivers. They will take your order for delivery and never send a driver. After calling over and over just to get a busy signal, we have to drive up to figure out what’s going on. Not once do they call to let you know there is an issue. It’s been a while as the last time it was over 3 hours before we revived our order, after going up to pick it up. We figured some time had passed and have them another try today only to be sitting again, two hours later, no phone call, no update, and their line is busy! Piss poor and need to be shut down! If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Wow, just went to spring Branch PH, and spent $45+ on two pizzas. One supreme and a 3 topping pizza. All we got were 1/4 of the ingredients. If I want bread, I can go to HEB, for a couple of bucks. Come on now , Load that up

Called and put in an order and was told a 90 minute wait is to be expected. Delivery was 1 mile away. Here I am at the Hampton Inn 24 hours later wondering when my 2 large pizza’s will show up for me and my co-workers?

Nothing good . I used to love Pizza Hut, but not anymore. We ordered the “pepperoni lovers” and there was more cheese than pepperoni, so dissapointing! The service was awful as well as the entire experience. It took over 25 minutes for us to get a half-done sloppily made pizza. The cheese & 5 pepperonis kept sliding off. They were horrible with refreshing our drinks. The restroom door was very hard to open & close, once I locked it I hoped I’d be able to get out. Was asked by the gal when I was paying how everything was, I replied “not great” got no response, paid & left. Won’t be back & won’t be ordering from this one ever again.

Terrible customer service, when I went into the store to get my pizza’s, all the employees were sitting at several different tables playing video games on their phones and not wearing masks. There was a large man sitting down at the cash register watching some comedy show on his phone (I could hear it) and when I went inside, he looked up, no mask, and welcomed me to Pizza Hut. When I told him that I was there to pick up my pizza’s, he yelled for someone in the back to come get the pizza’s even though the warming oven was 5′ away from him. The pizza was too soggy in the middle of the pizza and the sauce kinda tasted funny. When I reported this problem to Pizza Hut headquarters, they just said they were sorry that I had this experience. I would prefer their competitors pizza more than these pizzas..better quality, better service, and cleaner restaurants at least in the Spring Branch/Bulverde area of Texas.

I love this Pizza Hut, but it really is Gill that makes this location great. He seems to really care about the customers and quality of the food, two things that are paramount in a good restaurant. He is attentive and pays attention to the cleanliness of the work stations and surrounding areas, so you know you’re getting fresher ingredients. More places need good employees like this that keep other employees on track by washing hands, wearing appropriate attire, and keeping the location clean. Restaurants these days have forgotten that even though it’s someone else’s food they are making, they should still treat it like their own dinner and that’s why I love this Pizza Hut.
