The worst dominos EVER. They don’t have delivery and when they have takes hours to get the pizza. The pizza always comes cold and messy. I always pay for extra cheese and the pizza came with NOT CHEESE AT ALL, like you can see from the picture. And We I call the manager wants the pizza back to send me a new one. They steal your money putting extra UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. Please check all your receipts

I will never ever order from here again the delivery girl calls and says she’s outside leaves my pie outside on a chair she called twice and hung up very horrible attitude then I called them that’s was worse the manager was very nasty THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN The pizza they left I made them take it back but I had to pay for my 2,nd order but she did reimburse me for the first I should’ve of had to pay for nothing Never again Don’t call or go there Very bad attitudes

When you go to any new location you expect good quality and good service. Everytime I order here is my worst pizza experience. First time I ordered, was a chicken with pineapple and jalapeno, to my impression, the chicken didn’t have any pineapple. They always take forever delivering, more than one hour. On my last order, I ordered a thin crust, square-cut pizza and I got something different, check the picture. I will go to pickup at ridgewood from now on

Philly cheese steak with no cheese on the pizza. The “steak” is so thin sliced it felt like eating paper. This is the worst pizza EVER! Also, their contact# is no longer active, so, getting refund is impossible.

Very Disappointing, poor service. I would not even give it one star if I had a choice. Opening time is 10:30am and it said pick up at 10:52am. When my husband went in there was no one there to even make pizzas!! The only employee there said they had no clue when someone would show up. This ruined our plans for my little one’s Birthday Party!! Had to cancel and find another pizza place. Would not recommend to anyone.

Went in today and my pizza order was incorrect, however, the team member (didn’t catch his name) but he seem to be the only one working the opening shift at the time was quick to fix the mistake and was super sweet about it! Food service is NOT a easy job so it was super refreshing and pleasant to see a kind face even under the eye of a fumble. Wonderful employee and food was delicious!

Worst Dominos ever. They messed up my order so many times but this last one was the worst. They promised to make up for the last mistake (in which they gave me someone elses order) but they never followed up on the resolution they promised me. I called multiple times within a few weeks but the managers kept ducking me even after they promised to call me back.

DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. Both items had barely any cheese and were difficult to eat. The CHEESY bread had the least amount of cheese and was over cooked. I called the store at 8:30pm for them to send me a new order cooked correctly and without even asking me my information the man or boy rather who answered the phone said “yeah we’ll send a new one bye” and hung up. I assumed he must have my order based off my phone number. At 9:30pm I called to see where my corrected order was and the same rude employee said “our driver goes home at 10pm” and hung up on me AGAIN. I understand businesses are struggling due to people not wanting to work but the employees that are working should be properly trained to politely answer the phone and address customer concerns so you don’t lose even more business.
