I’ve been here several times and the level of service that each team member gives is AMAZING! Kind, Helpful….everything you would want from a restaurant when you go out. I’ll call in with like 10 different peoples orders and each one has it’s own special way of making it….Nothing is EvEr Wrong! The attention to detail is unmatched. Just received the catering order for the company ECOP. The food is absolutely delicious, dropped off in a timely manner and the subs are cut to perfection. I have a stomach condition and can’t enjoy food much but the sizes and freshness makes it so much easier for me to thoroughly enjoy and finish a meal which I haven’t been able to do for a long time. Even small things like that means a lot to me! Great job! Great employees, excellent service! I would definitely recommend. Jessica the manager is absolutely amazing!

I lived in Philly most of my life and could always count on Primos. How you close at 8pm when people work nights and most places are open until at least 11pm is beyond me. Primos obviously doesn’t care about those who work nights. Thank goodness every other possible food establishment around here is still open.

Great food, great staff. I was amazed at the way everybody worked together so well considering the place just opened and they were all brand new employees. The guy who took my order showed a genuine interest in taking care of me even though it was extremely busy.

I came here at 7pm and placed a order for a small cold sub. I waited past closing time it was 8:11 when I just received my sub. The workers were polite however really young and nobody had on hairnets and there was wigs and curls and pony tails hanging over every station. I asked for my money back at 7:45 and was told it was ready. Which was not true still had to wait another 26 minutes. Then after all this my bread tasted expired and hard. I got 1 piece of cheese, 1 piece of ham and then 2 pieces of turkey with a overwhelming amount of lettuce. I’m really disappointed with this location along with the price for food here. I’ve been to many locations and none were ever this terrible for food nor wait time.

I have eaten at many Primohoagies in many locations. I just moved to the area and was excited to eat here. However I saw all of the horrible reviews and for the first time in my life, I’m not taking a chance at this place. I have never seen such horrible reviews for this company. The fact that every complaint is exactly the same and each gets the same response, just tells me that this location does not care. What a shame. Time to find other subs elsewhere. Good luck.

This place is busy so call ahead or use the app. Subs are delicious. Potato salad uses red skin potatoes which I dislike. But the taste is good. Drinks are by bottle only and the cooler was not well stocked. Service is very good, especially when considering that everyone is new as it has just opened. Visit today!

Placed an online order for one ham sub with lettuce, onion and a bag of chips at 10:30am. Pickup time was set for 11:15am. Got there and was told it would be a few minutes waited till 11:40am asked for an update on my order and was told it would be till 1:15pm! for one sub with barely any toppings! I get they had a lot of orders and are “short staffed” but if you cant figure out how to expedite small orders along with big ones then they are in big trouble. No place in the world is that busy that it would take 3+ hours to assemble a cold cut sandwich. Just from me being there waiting for my food for 30 mins I noticed that they do not run their line efficiently at all. One guys was cutting the bread and meat while they had two lady’s place toppings in one sandwich. They don’t really work together well and hopefully its is just because they are newly trained. I believe I was given a refund but it did not hit my account yet. They probably canceled someone else’s order by mistake What I gathered from this place is if you want a sandwich for lunch time find a way to place your order at 8:00am.
