I order from Italianos often enough to notice that something has changed. I’m not sure if the staff changed but the service sucks and the food is way too expensive to be poor quality. For example, a couple of days ago, I received a meal with shrimp, broccoli, penne with watery Alfredo sauce and for the 3rd time, I asked for a salad with no tomato’s because I’m ALLERGIC! However, I still received a salad with tomatoes three times in row each time I placed an order. Someone name Cristie wrote down my info so that I could receive another one for free to rectify the issue. However, days later the manager stated that she was too busy to talk on the phone and that it would only be 15% off my order. After speaking to the person over phone who was basically the messenger instead of the manager just grabbing the phone to speak to me while she could to attend to the customers inside, she then asked me to call back because she was busy too and had tables to attend to. Keep in mind, I was in the middle of placing an order. Unbelievable!! The last few meals that I ordered from here was disgusting! Please do not eat from here.. You won’t regret it.

I ordered a to go of clams & spaghetti and was BLOWN AWAY. To go orders are tough, but it was steaming when it got here and couldn’t have been more impressed. I was in Florida, on the ocean where there’s a ton of fresh seafood, for a month and it wasn’t even comparable to this restaurant. I felt like it was my nonna’s recipe. Not sure about their other meals, but the clams and spaghetti and bread sticks are worth every penny. HIGHLY recommend, and would also recommend going in on a Saturday when that chef is there.. also, front of the house and hostess, was so sweet!

The food is delicious! Prices like everything else are on the high side but you get a lot for the money. My mom and her friends go here every week and they invited me along this week. I got the Tortellini Alla Principessa and it was wonderful! The salad that came with the dinner was pretty good but best of all were their bread sticks! So delicious! I’ll gain another Covid-20 pounds if I go here every week! Haha!

If you want a real italian home cooked meal, go to Italiano’s. This was my first visit – but it won’t be my last. It is not fancy regarding the decor, but I would take this food over decorations any time. It is delicious….. so good! I encourage everyone to try it.

I’ve been going to Italiano’s for about 3 years now. I usually call and pick up my food. I tend to order the same thing every time – plain and pepperoni pizza with mozzarella sticks. Ready in 20 mins. So so good!! Their sauce is very tasty. We’ve also ordered chicken parm and the portion was huge. Very reasonable prices. You can also sit inside and order. They are a BYOB. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
