I wasn’t planning on getting a taco until I saw my sister’s order. Before I could order, the manager (possibly owner) brought me out a free birria taco! It was mouth watering. Best taco, the friendliest staff! Already planning on coming back. 🙂

My husband and I would go out to dinner to Santos Tacos every Saturday night. We loved the tacos and quesadillas. It was our “find” in November for the new year. We took family and friends there and recommended it to many others. However, apparently they have new owners. The prices are just about doubled. We figure they need to pay for their new fancy LED menu boards. Food wasn’t quite as good as before, so we think it’s not worth it now. So sad to see it change.

We checked our Santo Taco for the birria tacos and they did not disappoint! The last time we had this type of taco was in Miami. Santo Taco’s version of birria is fabulous. The combo of melted cheese and shredded beef with some dipping sauce really hit the spot! The carne asada taco had a wonderful flavor. The al pastor tacos were good and the fish taco was massive (they use tilapia). The place was very clean with lots of dine in options available (and obviously take out as well). The staff was great and attentive. They helped steer us in the right direction as this was our first visit. The taco options are plentiful. We chose the tacos we like the most but they have a wide variety (and a couple options for vegetarians). Prices are very reasonable. All tacos are sold individually (with the exception of the two birria taco plate which saves you a couple bucks if you want more than one…..which you will). The experience and tacos were great! We’ll definitely be back.

Wow, the Birria tacos were something to remember. SO GOOD! The employees were the friendliest people, so kind and generous. Not only was the food amazing but the customer service was something you don’t see much of nowadays. Coming back to take my husband here!!! MUST try the birria tacos

I usually like this place. This time the service was slow and some were down right grumpy. We went as a group. Most of us ordered our tacos con todo. Some arrived plain and some with everything. One person in our group ordered a burrito. when he asked for salsa or something to go on top he was told they did not have anything. Luckily another person from our group walked up and asked for some salsa for his taco and they gave him 3 or 4 cups.

We have been to the Santo taco in rose park and love it. We were skeptical that this is the same franchise, because the food at this location is NOT near as good as rose park. My quesadilla was soggy, the consume was cold and the flavor was wrong, and the meats flavor was not so good.

This was such a disappointment! We used to come here for a light, healthy meal for a reasonable price. Now they’ve raised the prices, which is fine, but lowered the standard. There was no cabbage, cilantro, radishes or pickled jalapenos to add. You can get salsa and a few onions that they dole out from the back. The product looks nothing like the pictures.

We have been to this once a week for the last month or so, and enjoyed the food although service lacked somewhat…but, it’s a food hall, so how much can one expect? But, dinner tonight was absurdly over priced and poorly executed. Prices have literally doubled since last week, and quality tanked. My husband’s cheese quesadilla was so burnt the cheese was brown. Formerly awesome nachos were slathered in nacho cheese instead of real cheese and there weren’t enough toppings for all of the chips, oh, and no more sour cream. The Tacos were good, but because they eliminated the salsa bar, so a bit bare… $6 for a tortilla and scoop of meat was pretty steep. Guess I am back on the hunt for a new fav taco place.sigh.

Al Pastor Nacho were really good. The pastor was flavorful and tender. Hope you go and try, and hope yours will be as good as mine.
