There was a time I could have eaten at Boston Market once a week. As time passed they dropped a favorite menu item, the turkey, so I stopped going. I happened by today and saw turkey was back, and indeed it was. A bland strange version of turkey, and not at all the same as it used to be.

The service and kindness get 5 stars… that’s definitely not the problem here……but sadly it’s the food quality. There was no iconic cornbread available, and I didn’t learn that until they had prepared my plate already. So then the plate…..again disappointing that the Mac and Cheese is still mac and cheese water…….and the meatloaf is better in the frozen grocery package, the ketchup glaze is very present in those, but not in the restaurant…..they even have a picture on the wall and again the meatloaf served didn’t resemble at all the meatloaf that is so infamous.

As always very good food here. Every time I am in this area I always stop here to eat. Only problem for me and kept them from getting a perfect score was sink in men’s room had garbage bag over it with a out of order sign. I had hand sanitizer but I’m sure a lot of people don’t carry it around with them.

First off me and my mom walked in its empty. 1220 and empty. Flag 1. Then the menus were off so nothing to read. Flag 2. We order our food still in denial it could be bad thus is boston market. Sides were fine. Chicken was old meaning it was dried out. Then the fire department walked in and gave the manager several violations to which the manager raised her voice for us to hear on the other side of the store. Flag 3. This location won’t be open much longer. You can easily tell they are struggling cutting corners with a manager who simply doesn’t care. Go to a different location maybe it will be better but I doubt as most locations in az are shutting down. Too bad because boston market used to be so reliable for outstanding rotisserie chicken and menus people could read with customers in the restaurant at lunch hour. Avoid this location like the plague. Thank me later.

The staff was nice and friendly. The food was hot and pretty good. The bathroom is awful. We also let them know we were not finished and they still threw away our food. I just went to the awful bathroom.

The food was fine at this location but the restaurant itself is in terrible condition. The worst Boston Market I’ve ever been in. All of the four menu screens are broken. The staff just has to recite the menu to you. One of the two front doors in shattered and has a hand written sign on it telling you to use the other door. The bathroom seemed to have everything broken and in shoddy condition. This restaurant shows that the owner doesn’t care anymore. How sad for the employees and even more for the customers that won’t be back.

The stores are temporarily closed because Boston Market is not paying its bills. A billionaire from India bought it during the pandemic. Then bills stopped getting paid. May go bankrupt. Sad.

Dropped by to take advantage of the 37th anniversary special on rotisserie chicken. Line was long yet service was fast. In and out in under 10 minutes. 2 whole chickens, yams, Mac n cheese, an apple pie, and 4 cornbread muffins for $32. Saved a good deal with their special. Ample parking but lot isn’t well lit.
