I’ve been making my way around to all of the Dunkin’ locations in the Quad Cities area. It wasn’t intentional at first, but I found after visiting one of the locations I liked their unique dining room setup. Almost every location has a few comfy chairs, some unique lighting feature, and all of them this far have had some kind of donut that satisfied during my visit. This location on Locust and Division Streets is one of the few that I hadn’t made it to yet, so I decided to stop by as a part of yet another lazy Sunday afternoon.

I CAN NOT RAVE enough about your worker Ari. These past couple of days have been rough with little to no sleep for me due to family stuff and I have forgotten to place my order before heading over. She had approached every time with kindness and has great customer service. She’s very understanding every time. Can not thank her enough. Seeing a little kindness with the past week I’ve had to endure has helped a lot even if it’s as simple as a small gesture.

I feel it’s been going downhill. Coffee tastes horrible now. Many times, I would have to return due to my coffee being someone else’s order or not even having coffee. They open at 6 a.m., and I’m always the first few in line. And they tell me they ran out of donuts. Not even saying we don’t have them yet, just we ran out. Like you just opened, how did you run out. It used to be my favorite place now, not to such.

I’m not sure who does the ordering of product here, but they are always out of everything. Hopefully, they don’t substitute your order like they did mine. The Donuts are rarely fresh, and my coffee order can never be filled correctly because they are out of this or that. The person who takes your order is always quick to cut you off, and they are quick to mess up your order. There is nothing else fast here, so buckle up it could be 20mins in the drive thru. I asked for napkins and the girl that handed them to had a very bad attitude. If you want $15 an hour change your attitude.

This is the worst run Dunkin probably ever, they are always out of several things even right after opening. Ive been coming to this one only because it’s close to my workplace. I wouldn’t mind it so much if the staff tried to be a little bit friendly, most of them look at you like you’re an inconvenience. The final straw for me was the employee smoking against the wall on the drive thru side… who does that? Not only do I not want to see that, but I have to roll my window down and smell it. I tried to tell the lady in the window and either she didn’t hear me or she ignored me. Might have to go out of my way to go to a different location next time I want Dunkin.
