I just stopped here for dinner and ordered my 1-yr old some food along with the rest of my family. The picture that I post is the kids meal for my 1-yr old. The nuggets literally look like they’re hours and hours old. They’re cold and dried up and after throwing them down on my child’s plate they started to flake off and come apart. I mean, worst child’s meal I’ve ever seen. Absolutely disgusted. I don’t want my son eating his meal because of possible food poising now and how this food was treated. I had to wait 5 minutes just to order food… When I drove up to the window..no cars where waiting to pay. I ordered a # 21 breakfast sandwich combo..plus 3 extra hash browns. I paid. I wasn’t given my receipt. I was given my drink then asked to park up front. I had to wait another 10 minutes to be brought my food. I only received my combo plus 1 extra hash brown. The young man who took my order was not pleasant. He made me feel like I was bothering him to be there. He repeatedly asked me to park up front. Sounded like giving me orders to make the loud beaping noise in the store to stop. Next time.. I won’t move till I get my order correctly.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a double cheeseburger combo. The young lady with the gold rim round frame glasses dark hair, asked me to pull around the Jack in the box to the parking spaces side so they can falsely report their time of each car in the drive-thru as being quick in the drive-thru. Unfortunately I didn’t check my order before leaving and my order was wrong. I drove all the way back. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and the same young lady tells me they’ll remake the burger. She again asked me to pull to the other side of the Jack in the box. I told her no that I would wait at the drive thru window since there was no cars behind me. She rudely responsed, “Whatever works!” and walked away. Shame on her for dishonestly reporting their drive-thru time when there’s no other cars in the drive thru. She did that twice today.
