This taco bell has a 100% failure rate. They leave something out of the order every single time. I’m not exaggerating. Never gotten an order right any time I’ve been there. If you have your heart set on a specific item, my advice is to go to a more reliable taco bell. Doesn’t even have to be that reliable. It’s just that it isn’t mathematically possible to be less reliable than this taco bell.

The first time there was today at this location, this location is fairly new I believe, and the food was fresh, the lady at the window was nice, and the drive-through was quick. They have happy hour from 2 pm-5 pm on drinks. It was just $1, something new I just found out, lol. They have the new volcano taco, which was just like the firey taco when it was out. Good was good, but my problem is I placed a mobile order to be ready at 5:30pm. I got the message from the app when it was being made and when it was ready, which was 5:29pm. Get to the store at 5:35, and my order is nowhere to be found. I’m told they’re making it right now. 20 minutes after I was told my order was ready, they finally brought my food to the counter. I’ll be back soon to give them a second chance, but tonight left a bad taste in my mouth.

My wife abd i been there 4 times hoping it was just a bad day. But every time the food comes out hard or soggy or just completely wrong. For a new building i would think it would have better food but no. Just go to the one in hermitage food is so much better even if its alittle further to drive.

I hate writing this review as I was so excited for this Taco Bell to open. We went inside to eat today and while we were there not one employee acknowledged us. Nothing ..the whole time we were there. We were the one customers in there. They just stared at us. Lol awkward. We ordered through the kiosk. First the chalupas were so hard we could not even chew them. Like rock hard in some places. I hate being that customer complaining so I ended up just ordering some tacos through kiosk again. The tacos were like toasted. I have no clue why as I have never seen a toasted soft shell taco from TB. I’m giving it three stars as the building is clean and new. I am going to give it one more chance but think they need to do better on their quality. Also the prices are so high. I know they can’t control prices but man it was 14 after tax for just a combo. Really disappointed but will give it one more shot.

Food is terrible, they never make my food correctly. I told them they gave me the wrong type of burrito and had me pull forward, once I got to the window they made me pay for the food that they got wrong. Employees are trash and do not take their job seriously. This has happened numerous of times.
