I was pleasantly surprised to find a truck-stop with a Taco Bell! Usually there’s the less desirable option. This location has it figured out. I was impressed with how friendly the staff was, how clean the dining area was, and how good the food was. (You know it can hit and miss) The quality and attention to detail came through on this visit and did not go unnoticed.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen the three employees inside were just chatting it up. I was standing at the counter for over 5 minutes and then one chick cops an attitude and snarky ask me “would you like to place an order” like she was doing me a favor? I wonder if race had anything to do with it being an average white guy because the black guy sitting there eating Taco Bell didn’t have a problem with his order

The food was not great even for taco bell standards, most of the staff appeared to not even want to be there. And multiple items were blocked off as “out of stock” on the box deals. Eating area was definitely not the cleanest.

Worst taco bell I’ve ever had. Food was meh. The workers there were horrendous. They watched us at the counter forever and talked back in the kitchen until they finally decided to take our order. We were the only ones there and it took them 10 minutes to make 2 quesadillas because they kept talking. They rudely handed us our order and stared. Don’t come here.

Always out of ingredients. Sloppy putting orders together. Sometimes meat/shells aren’t hit enough to melt the 5 strands of cheese you get. Truckers spending the night only have TB and Subway as options with nowhere else to go when shut down. Not sure who’s managing this location, but TB should be ashamed to be affiliated with this place.

The sanitary is terrible there. The lady making tacos was carrying a bag of trash to a back room then came and took my order and touched the screen to order my meal with the SAME pair of gloves as she made my food then when i went to get a soda the fountain machine only had 2 options available and all the others said not available. I didn’t want a diet soda so i asked her and she said if it says out its out. I asked for $ back then she said go get some from subway. What a poor way to be.
