Got a medium pizza with onions and jalapenos as a treat. This location was kind enough to include free charring on my pie! Thanks, I guess. I realize this chain is way too popular for the staff to provide a quality product for every customer, and my product was probably a result of short staffing and overwork. To alleviate the burden and ensure that my fellow citizens can have more care and attention devoted to their pizzas, I’ll stop ordering from this chain. If I stop buying pizzas, then the staff will have more time to ensure that everyone else’s orders meets better standards. My pizza was mostly inedible and I am not even going to bother with the “pizza insurance” since there’s no point in me paying for another rushed half-hearted burnt pizza.

Ordered online during a busy day (50% off pizzas online only) and had to order them 4 hours in advance. Pizzas came out right on time but my gluten free pizza was burned. I will say that they did a good job with not contaminating my pizza. All things considered, they did a great job!

Last week, I ordered online, paid and had it delivered to my car. When I ordered, the app said it would take x amount of time. It was an additional 10 minutes on top of the time I was given when I ordered. I left after the staff delivered my pizza and realized later I hadn’t received my paid sauce. As a result, I paid for the sauce for nothing.

(Ordered from here many times) Ordered pizza online…twice in the same night. Got a call back later that they wont deliver to me, “no drivers” it was a Friday night…how do you not have drivers on a Friday. Clearly a lack of management responsibilities and team direction. Rude and hung up on me. Papa Johns just delivered to me easy with no problems.

It is ridiculous how awful this location is. I did a carry out order around 8pm last sunday and was over charged, when I talked to the manager on duty, she would only credit my account. Okay, I guess that works. Then today I ordered and my housemate ordered separately to the same house. Only one order was delivered, and the driver said he would come back. He never came back. When I called the store about my order I had to repeatedly place my order again and the manager was rude and acted like I never ordered and he kept telling me he was going to hang up on me. I raised my voice one time. Once because he kept saying I never placed my order. Then he still charged me, and told me it would be 45 minutes. I ordered at 6pm the first time. It is not 730pm and still waiting one the second order.
