It was a little busy eating inside the place. The staff members were all super friendly and made sure you were comfortable and satisfied with your order. It was very easy to order and the food was served quick. The food was so fresh and delicious, the most fresh I’ve had with that kind of food. They brought the food right to our table. We ordered sesame chicken dinner and an orange chicken dinner, both came with rice and veggies. The Thai rolls for an appetizer were so good and fresh. It can get loud when busy. They have lots of different seating options. They have small games that you can play while hanging out there. Cool place to go with friends.

The entire floor was sticky and my table that I was told I needed to sit at was a high top and wobbled so bad that you had to be very careful not to knock your food off of it. I was told I had to sit there because they were saving the booths for larger parties and they give your table number to the robot. I did bring the wobbly table to the attention of an employee who did not offer to adjust or switch tables. He just said he would let his boss know. They use a robot waiter that couldn’t seem to find a table across from me. It kept stopping at someone else’s table and waited for the people who’s food it was to come and get it. Having been told to sit where the robot could find me was useless as they hand delivered my meal so…..The food, well I have had worse but I have also had much much better ramen. It wasn’t heated very well, not cold but not hot either. The noodles were more chewy than I have ever had. The mushrooms as well were more chewy than I would have liked. I was going to order some takeout as well but couldn’t see spendimg what they wanted for subpar food. I deffinately won’t be back.

This atmosphere was cool! They have the robotic waiter who brings you your food! I ordered the crispy Pad Thai which I had never tried anywhere else. It was incredibly delicious and 10/10 would order again!!

It’s great having another Asian restaurant in Augusta. This place is extremely busy, well lit and well managed. The wait in line isn’t long at all. It’s fun watching the robot travel to being the food to the tables. Along with so many food options, there is a great variety of drink options as well. I had the thai tea with blueberry bubbles and it was fantastic. I had the pork gyoza this time but plan on ordering a lot more when I come with a big group next time. I appreciate the different seating options and the complimentary ice water near the door. The service was friendly and top notch. The manager himself is very involved in delivering food to tables and making sure customers are satisfied with the food/experience.
