Got the sliders & the buns seem to have changed & they were all squished in a wrapper. Paid extra for cheddar cheese sauce & most of it ended up on the wrapper. These were better when they were cheaper. Everyone was nice & polite. The drive thru went fast.

This Arby’s location is decent. The food wasn’t very fresh, which was disappointing. I don’t live near an Arby’s but was craving it, so I had to take a 20 minute drive to get to this closest location. The curly fries were cold, the jalapeño poppers were cold on the inside and the classic roast beef wasn’t very warm or fresh either. The young man working the drive-thru was courteous and gave my plenty of the 2 sauces I requested. I am a HUGE horsey sauce lover and he hooked it up! Next time I make it over to this location, I may have to ask specifically for the food to be made fresh and I’d be happy to wait for it. I think it’s worth it in order to have fresh and hot food.

This was one of the cleanest stores I’ve ever been to. The parking lot was clean, the lobby was clean, and so was the bathroom. I was greeted upon entry into the store. My food was hot and fresh. I ordered a French dip with jalapeños, and some jalapeño poppers. The food was excellent. I was thanked a I was leaving for visiting. This Arby’s was top tier in all aspects.

I hope the Gyros are here to stay. Haven’t been to Arbys in a while but usually get the classic roast beef sandwiches when we do. Glad we changed it up and tried the gyros. Tried both the classic and turkey version. Both were really good. The yogurt they used was tasty. This location gave us a good amount extra on the side which was appreciated. Place was super clean in the lobby when we got there and the staff was very friendly. No complaints as our meal was delicious.

Placed an order on 6/26/23 through the official Arby’s app. Received an order confirmation via email and a subsequent confirmation 5 minutes from the scheduled pickup time titled “Order Ready Soon”. Arrived to be told they don’t have any meat for the Arby’s sandwiches we ordered. The manager was rude and argued that we ordered in a 3rd party app and they could not help process a refund. Refused to provide other food that they had available as an alternative solution. 6:45 PM on a weekday with young kids in tow.

My wife and I stopped for lunch. Our server at the counter was “Dillon” A very polite and friendly young man. I watched while we ate and he greeted all of the customers in the same way. What a pleasant experience. This is very unusual today, not only in restaurants but in society in general. Kudos to him and for Arby’s.
