The employees there were very nice and patient to my guests and I. We had 2 orders of Oxtail, yellow rice and cabbage. 1 Beef Patty and a side order of greens. So terrible that we couldn’t leave another bite lol

Paid $76 for 3 mediocre meals. Oxtail and rice, side mac and cheese was not good. Oxtails were okay, but really needed more flavor development. Goat curry was not tender, needed to be cooked longer. Snapper was not seasoned and shouldve been fried better than that. Overall good need more seasoning, and salt. The beef patty was soft, not flaky or homemade and bland. I do like they have items from Jamaica that are hard to get out here. Atmosphere seems nice.

We decided to try this place out for lunch.. what a great decision that was! We ordered a little bit of everything and it was all amazing. The restaurant is family owned, well decorated, and EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! We will definitely be returning for another meal!

The food was bland and not seasoned at all. I’ve had real authentic Jamaican food and this to me was americanized. This was my first and last time eating at this expensive overrated restaurant. I had Curry Chicken by the way the easiest recipe there is. Very disappointed.

This was my second time ordering from Livies and I was very disappointed. The meat is not seasoned enough,it is bland and toooo much unseasoned liquid for gravy. If the cook just seasoned the meat better and stop serving unseasoned gravy it would be much better. I think the prices are toooo, tooo high for the food they serve. I am a Jamaican also so I know what I am talking about.
