An absolute GEM in the Grand Valley. Amazing food, a fun patio atmosphere, great service, and a fun menu that is very accommodating to dietary restrictions! THE HIDDEN GEM OF PALISADE! Don’t let the food truck fool you, this food is INCREDIBLE! Small bites to share, and delicious sandwiches. I was blown away from the flavor combination of their pork smash burger. “Must try” Come to find out they prepare special menus for wine pairing dinners hosted at the winery they’re located at. I have eaten Le Snack several times while visiting the Ordinary Fellow winery. The food is absolutely incredible. Nearly everything is home made and locally sourced. Mike & Megan are excellent chefs and know how to pair flavors in ways that are truly mind boggling. Their food is a delicious art form. You HAVE to try it. If you’re on Peach Street, don’t waste your time at those other places. Head for Le Snack and you will not be disappointed!

Sign is on fence to entrance. Excellent service and the food is just lovely and super tasty!! Did I mention reasonable prices? Grab a glass of wine or the “funny” coffee! Be prepared for the awesome trains that pass by. Worth a stop!! ❤️ Checkout the vending machine!!!

They swooped in and saved the day after waiting 1.5 hours for food at palisade brewery to no avail. Food was great. I recommend a little more acid on the tacos but overall, it was quality food. The woman working was super friendly. I recommend!

Thinking this is a simple food truck is a mistake. This is the best dining experience I have had on the western slope. The ingredients are excellent and flavor combinations are from your dreams. The price is also very reasonable for the quality of food.

Le Snack Palisade is 5 Star dining on wheels (Though they have a very nice spot with seating just outside The Ordinary Fellow Winery downtown Palisade). The food that Chef Mike prepares is fresh, creative and executed beautifully. We’ve tried the Breakfast Sandwich, Beef and Lamb Gyro, Salade XXL and their multi course wine paired dinner. Can’t wait for our next visit!
