Definitely not fried to order as displaying on the sign and they also got my order wrong. ☹️ or wait, is the two squirts of sauce on the sandwich supposed to be what makes it spicy?!? I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I think I just got a regular. Anyway, the sandwich was warm on the cool side and definitely not hot. Not worth the $5.50 just for a sandwich. KFC has really fallen behind from when I was a kid.

We were so happy this time. The drive through guy wasn’t pushie, but very patient and read everything perfectly back to us. Now it’s checking if everything was in this bag this time … And they nailed it, plus weren’t stingy on the sauces and gave us everything we asked for and then some! We were stoked! There is an individual working there with some personality traits that prevent them from providing good customer service. Their trainer/handler tried their best to make up for it and step in a couple times to keep us from possibly backing out and leaving all together. Other than the odd experience with the cashier, it was surprisingly clean and organized inside. Typically fast food places are a bit of a mess by mid-afternoon, but this one deserves a special commendation.

The customer service really does excel compared to other fast food restaurants, the food and drinks are also amazing and the employees there really seem to care about your experience there. Also the manager came up to us and even asked if our food was good and if we were doing good too. I really love this place!

I would love to give more stars. I rarely go this low. I stopped in to KFC to pick up a quick dinner, and cover some comfort food cravings. I ordered 2 of the famous bowls, and 4 biscuits. I asked for butter and honey 3 different times, and never got any at all. The biscuits were dry and a couple of them were getting hard. The bowls, which we have always loved , were awful. I don’t know what it was, but the taste was just off. The bowls are getting smaller too- the price however, isn’t. I grew up eating KFC, and this was a major disappointment. I was going to call to speak with a manager, but decided it wasn’t worth it. I will probably give them one more chance someday….when I do, I hope they change my mind.
