As we walked toward the smell of charred wood filled the air. Once inside, atmosphere was romantic and aromatic. The authentic Italian plates were already on the table. We ordered two personal pizzas. The Regina Margherita and The “Staten Italy”. Both were made to perfection. The quality of the ingredients shined through. The sausage and meatballs on the Staten were perfectly tasty not greasy or soupy. Both pizzas had such delicious tasting fresh basil. The char and blistered crust, dense but still a little doughy. Left us comfortable full and very satisfied.

Phenomenal… read Newsday’s best pizza on long Island update today and had to try Molto. Highly recommend, the manager (maybe was owner?) was a great guy, my order wasn’t ready yet so he offered me a drink while I waited and had a nice quick convo about the place. The two pizzas we ordered were delicious, and the inside of the joint was very cool with a nice layout and mural. Give it a go and you won’t regret it!

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I love the wood fired pizza and this is the most authentic I can find on LI. I went on a Friday and and it was a nice vibe with plenty of tables which is a great for Friday night in Babylon! Perfect date night for me and my husband. Thanks Emil for the great wine recommendation and great service. I was disappointed there were no appetizers listed or a drink menu but not a deal breaker. Pizza was so good we ordered an extra to-go. Bread and crust were so amazing.

Phil and I had such a nice time at Molto Pizza!! We enjoyed Saturday so much that went back on Sunday for more. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The food, especially the pizza, was delicious. Emil, our server was friendly, kind, and helpful. When we returned the next night he remembered our names. Molto Pizza is definitely being added into our lives as our new date night hotspot!! ✨
